Then when I finally did see Dr. Sorin, he laughed at me when I told him I bought an ear wax removal kit but decided to wait to see him first. I told him my history of ear infections and vertigo, and he told me that I wasn't a child anymore. The way he talked to me and then treated me when being seen is unacceptable at any Dr.'s office! I should have gotten up and left. When he examined my nose he thrusted the scope up my nostril so far up and when I said it hurt he did not listen and take it out right away. I had to physically take it out of my nose myself. He apologized but it was too late. I will NEVER see this man again nor recommend him to anyone. Stay away and see a real professional.
