Last year I got new glasses and sunglasses and had a blast picking them out with the team. Unfortunately, the sunglasses didn't work as well as I had hoped and the team was very helpful in trying to fix the situation, in the end I ended up going back to my old pair for the rest of the year. I saw Dr. Jamison on Friday May 22 and first thing I said to her was boy you are here late on a Friday and she said, "If you are going to be open on a Friday, I better do it right." "Because I know how my patients like Friday appointments and I am not always able to be here on a Friday, so I'm going to make it count." I greatly appreciate her philosophy on that. Anyways back to my sunglasses, I told her what happened to the last pair, and she was genuinely bothered that they did not work out. She looked back at the manufacturing of my original pair and said we are going to get me the right ones this time. My prescription had changed enough where this was needed, and she also indicated she wasn't sure what was causing the change; however, she gave me some advice for my health that I could do to make sure things didn't get worse for some reason. Dr. Jamison and her team as per their standard went above and beyond to make sure this new pair of sunglasses would rival my original pair with more flare to them to fit my personality. Because of this and because of the diagnostic machines especially the Optos machine I have the healthy vision I do and the Optos machine saved my husband's vision because she was able to diagnosis a Retinal Detachment and get him in to see "the best of the best" right away on a Friday morning. It's not about the money with Dr. Jamison and her team, it's about you, the person, the individual and your family and what it is that you need and want to look and to feel your best. Their Gold Standard is the reason they are part of my foundational team of healthcare providers and always will be.

I was seen at this clinic on 7/30/25 for Visual Disturbances which I've had in the past but this…read moretime I'm seeing squiggly lines and visual disturbances all day and it started happening to this affect 3 days ago I was seen by Optometrist Dr Doctor who did an exam and said my Retinas were healthy and what I had were floaters which I already knew but in the past this issue would resolve normally within an hour and I would get them once in a while but not every day all day which is what is happening now I told this to the Optometrist who had no time for questions nor did he ask me if I had any So basically they allowed me to leave with this issue which again I'm gett all day and has not decreased without any follow up for me at all I called the nurse line through my insurance who stated they should have also discussed the medications I was on as well as address some type of follow up I have requested a 2nd MD opinion offered by my company This clinic will send me an exorbitant bill for basically do an exam telling me I have floaters and allowing me to leave with my vision impaired with absolutely no follow up instructions Terrible care I'm supposed to just live with these visual disturbances all day every day now I'm tempted to notify the Attorney General office about this clinic terrible experience now I'll have to incur even more heal care costs because I'm not going to live with dots and squiggly lines in my vision all day I expect the manager of this clinic to return my call

Took my daughter out of school for an 830 eye exam... First time ever for her going to the eye…read moredoctor. However, upon arrival I had to wait one minute (you'll understand why I'm mentioning the one min) and then was denied service because we were outside of the "late" window. The receptionist said that their cut off for late appointments is eight minutes. I looked at the time and said what time is it? She said nine minutes! I honestly wish they either would have told me they have an "eight minutes" late policy (though I was standing there waiting) or honestly why have such a tight schedule? No thanks! We will be headed to another eye doctor.

I was impressed with all of the technology used and felt like I got a better eye exam and more accurate prescription then my previous place. They have a great selection of frames and a team that really helps guide you to the best fit for your face. My husband and I both got frames that we love. My kids keep asking when we can go back! I was so impressed with how they made the experience positive for my children who were very anxious and have special needs.
