UPDATE: I TAKE IT BACK!…read more I have to say that Tru Terras made it right. They came back and did a complete clean up at no charge, knowing I had hired someone else. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to miscommunications and a language barrier. This time, they did a walk through before and a walk through after. I pointed out what needed to be done and they did it. I think for anyone that hires them in the future for long term maintenance, it would be important to take photos of the yard before and after to make sure it's clear as to how you want your yard maintained year round I'm not sure where to start. Do not hire these people. We paid them $6800 to clean up our yard to be able to maintain it. Then, we agreed to pay them over $500 per month all year long to maintain it. They did not. They rushed in, mowed, and left. We asked repeatedly for them to trim, weed, and prune as agreed. They claimed a communication issue or a language barrier. Total BS. They did not do the job as they agreed and as we've paid for the last year. Awful and full of excuses!! Our yard is now a mess, and they are fired. Their response??? Oh, so sorry there was a miscommunication, and our "guys didn't do what they were told". THIS is not what we agreed to.

No communication from them, I return from vacation to a jungle. I went on vacation to look at houses in Az as my home will list on 27th of this month, and photos are scheduled for Friday . Jimmy to the rescue! He immediately agreed to come by and look at the work I needed. Jimmy qouted me a very fair price and had his crew here at 9:00 am. Chris and his brother did an amazing job. My yard looks fantastic! 5 star all the way
