This was my first time…read moreusing their services for a simple watch repair, and unfortunately, the customer service left a poor impression. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted warmly. Several employees were gathered at the front desk casually browsing the internet and discussing what they were looking at while I waited to be helped. The interaction felt very transactional rather than welcoming. The employee who assisted me spoke very little and showed little interest in providing friendly customer service. The employee who performed the service on my watch was similarly brief and lacked courtesy. Although I came in for a minor service rather than a significant purchase, every customer should receive the same level of professionalism and respect. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable returning for future purchases or services, regardless of their size.

Changing out bad for worse with MORE money down the drain?? Get educated and go to a real jeweler who can bring out real diamonds worth what you will pay. This is just a diamond purchase review. A couple of days later, I returned to the store and had a screw replaced in the casing of my Accutron and a new band put on my Citizen Eco-Drive. Neither the screw, nor the watch band were purchased at Kay Jewelers, none-the-less, I was treated with the utmost courtesy. Bradley, the Store Manager helped me with these two repairs. It was quite apparent he enjoys his work. I have found each of the employees at Kay Jewelers, in Grove City, to be top notch professionals. They value excellent customer service and are very genuine people.

It is a lovely shop with many rooms full of jewelry, gifts, greeting cards, seasonal decor, etc. You can spend some time looking at everything. I got some Christmas gifts and a few cards. My aunt reminded me they used to serve hot Constant Comment tea. I'm not sure this is still a thing. It's worth a visit if you haven't yet.
