First time coming here and all of the staff and employees were so welcoming and friendly. The treatment coordinator, Amber was so helpful, as well as the back and front staff. The office was so clean. It was so quick and easy to get started. The whole process was so smooth there, wasn't any painful experience at all. When needing to get in to be seen before your appointment they get back to you so quickly. I ordered my Invisalign here i thought they were gonna fit Comfortable But i couldn't even close my mouth i couldn't imagine having these on for 2 years I went to another orthodontics for a second option And she said it could have caused a a health issue with my jaw and could have affect my sleep Plus she didn't even recommend i should have them for them 6 months to a year when precision recommend 2 years or more. Overall i thought this was a great place because of the fact there is no interest but i didn't even START the treatment and they're charging me Invisalign in full. read more

I give Precision Orthodontics 5 stars. I've been coming here since Nov. 2023 for Ortho treatments. First initial consultation was with Amber whom was VERY UNDERSTANDING of my financial situation was able to set me up on a affordable monthly plan that fit my budget and still fits my contract. I really appreciate that service from her. The (2) front desk specifically I've grown to bond with #1) SARAHARA She has the most sweetest professional personality. She is very responsive when you call and even more responsive when you text the office. She always calls to remind me of my appointment they definitely willing to negotiate regarding payment arrangements/ or changes required in that matter. #2) Laura front desk receptionist always has a smile on her face she is always responsive to communication and returns my missed calls back. She is always ready to serve customer service wonderful personality! I'd figure I'd save the best for last .today June 7th 2024 I had a adjustment appointment and the staff AALIYAH was very attentive to my concerns regarding changes that occurred to my teeth since my last visit. I was concerned about my underbite getting worse. She immediately addressed my issue with the doctor whom is also very attentive and agreed to place bite blocks on my lower teeth to correct this issue. While applying the bite blocks she took her time to ensure they were placed properly. She also went aboabove and beyond too inform the doctor that each tooth may need to be floss through so that I can foster them at home till my next adjustment. She ensured her part of my adjustment was done ACCURATELY. SHE SHOWED OUTSTANDING WORK ETHIC AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ON ALL LEVELS! THANK YOU VERY MUCH MS. AALIYAH FOR YOUR QUALITY CARE TODAY!!! My experience with Precision Orthodontics on Elverta Rd turned into a nightmare.  When I signed up to get Invisalign I was told upfront that they have a Guarantee your smile program. I was told this meant that if I wasn't happy with my smile, and my teeth were not aligning the way they should, they would continue treatment until I was happy, at no extra cost to me.  This was a big selling point for me.  I was told this Guarantee was included in the package I was purchasing.  Every visit I was reminded of this Guarantee by employees.  I was also told that when I finished with my Invisalign my package included lifetime retainers. Another selling point for me. When I signed up they "estimated" it would take 18 months of treatment for my teeth.  Although this was their "estimated" time, I was assured again, that we would continue treatment for however long it takes, at not additional charge. This was not the case. My teeth were not becoming aligned as quickly as they had hoped. I was made to feel as if this was my fault, even though I was wearing my liners religiously! The only way I could wear them longer was to eat with them on. They would speak to me in front of other clients about how I was in them so long and that my teeth were "good enough".  At two different times during my treatment there were issues with my liners. Once, they gave me a whole set of liners that did not fit properly. They would pop off. Another time, they put on liners that over corrected my teeth, resulting in me being in them even longer. At one point the dentist even filed between my teeth without my permission! This last go around I was told they would not continue treatment without me paying more.  Even though I'm not happy with my teeth. I have a few that need to be straightened still.  I was rudely told by the Dentist that I should be happy with them since they look better than they did. I was told I need to talk to a woman named Priscilla and she would answer any questions I had.  At this point, I see employee after employee entering the room with Priscilla and can hear them talking rudely about me.  After waiting for almost 30 minutes, I was told she doesn't have time to talk to me, and would call me back.  I'd missed work for this appointment already. Now I'd need to miss more.  When Priscilla finally called me back she was rude, and argumentative.  When I tried to explain to her about the Guarantee Smile I was shut down and told that she wasn't going to argue with me, the bottom line is they are a business and are losing money on me. I would need to be done with treatment or pay more.  At this point, they've been so belittling to me and made this experience the worst.  I was pushed into having the liners removed.  The day they removed the liners I was treated horribly.  The receptionist(s) ignored me, and gave me dirty looks.  They made faces and talked about me as I walked to the back room. I was told this by someone in the waiting room. The Dentist was again very rude to me. I would never again go to or refer anyone to Precision Orthodontics.  They do not stand behind their word, nor treat their patients with dignity and respect when things aren't going smoothly(according to them) with treatment. read more

The professionalism and friendliness that the staff member up front was outstanding. I did not get her name, but she was a blonde gal and was so understanding of the situation that was presented, and explained to me everything. She took the time out of her busy schedule in order to give me a break down of everything on the contract, and her personality made it sooooo easy to talk to her! Normally, with other places that I went to, they would give off a "judgmental" attitude, but with this gal, she literally was the most understanding person ever. I got my braces off in like July and it has given me such a sense of confidence in myself and the people that work here are just soooo amazing. They have a real way of making you feel comfortable and relaxed and I know they really do care about your smile!!!! I have gone through so much crap when it comes to my teeth since I was 16 years old. I have received braces 3x now, and I had no idea why my gaps were opening back up (even with permanent and regular retainers) I have spent over $6,000 on my teeth for them to go back to the way they were prior! Finally, I decided to give it one more try. I did a quick google search of "payment options for braces with no credit check" (unfortunately my credit isn't the best) and Precision Ortho showed up! I gave them a call and went in for my consultation. This was about a year ago, and I was very pleased with the pricing, payment options, friendly staff, professional Dr, and cleanliness of the facility. After the journey I had with my teeth I finally got the answer I needed! A frenectomy! (surgical removal of gums for the gap to stay closed) I had never heard of it before, and it took so long to get some answers. This goes to show that this facility is actually professional and trained correctly in their work field. I have never felt this confident in an orthodontic office, and about a week ago I got my braces off and my teeth look absolutely fantastic!! Bonus, they sent me home with a nice congratulations gift. The Dr always smelt nice, the dental assistants were always humble and liked having conversations with the patients. I have had the best experience here and I make sure to recommend them to EVERYONE I know. I hope this Yelp review brings in more clients, because they deserve it. My son got braces this year and Precision Ortho has been really great. The staff is friendly and helpful. My son is only 10 years old and I was a little nervous for him, but they explained what they are doing each step as they went through the process. Jen did a great job adjusting my braces today and is so kind.

We have 2 teenagers that both needed braces and we love precision. They have been fantastic. They took the time to meet with us and go over x rays and explain everything the boys needed, what the process would be and what the outcome would be. They gave us the price for EVERYTHING right upfront and worked with our insurance to keep our costs down. Our monthly payments are super low and there so far, have been no suprise costs. As an added bonus they are conveniently located walking distance to my boys high school so if they need supplies, an adjustment or have an appt they just stroll on over after school. So this is an update and even tho since my last visit, I have not had my next appointment yet. I have one in a couple of weeks. I found information on an invisalign support group and now know what questions I have to ask. I still think they should let patients know what to expect with tray changes like what bite ramps are and what power ridges are because I had NO idea. And it's a surprise when you put in a new tray and it's got these weird things on them that don't feel "right". But.... I've been talking with them on the phone about my treatment plan and the lady I've been talking with has been super helpful. They don't offer the clincheck, you have to ask for it but they are willing to do it. Mine is supposed to get emailed to me today. I had no idea it existed until the support group mentioned it. You just have to know what to ask and they are more than happy to help and answer questions. If you're new or thinking about doing this - they have all the up to date equipment. Do your research so you have a list of questions to ask. They will take the time to answer. I asked today about refinements and if that was covered in my plan and they are. I also asked about retainers and I got the information I needed. But the FB invisalign support page is awesome. Very nice people and very helpful. At least you can talk with real people going thru the exact same thing. Knowing you're not the only one with mouth sores and all sorts of other stuff is comforting and NORMAL. It doesn't last forever :) And to see other people's results is nice. Gives us newbies something to look forward to. A LOT of people have wanted to give up in the beginning but others cheer them on because it works and it gets better as time goes on. I would surely recommend this place to others.
