Tom custom-crafted a gutter over our garden window, where we had a major problem with rain hitting it and making so much noise that we couldn't hear ourselves think! Now, no noise at all. Tom told us he would do his best, but was reluctant to guarantee the performance of the gutter, as it was an add-on to the house. Not to worry...it's PERFECT.
