I ordered all four CMYK toner cartridges for our Canon imageCLASS MF733cdw. The toner was promptly shipped and arrived in a few days. I installed the new toner easily and the printer accepted it without issue. I printed a test page and other documents. All look the same as printed with the original Canon brand toner. Including shipping, I paid less for all four toner cartridges than Canon charges for a single toner cartridge. I would order from Precision Roller again. (I printed the same test page right before replacing the toner. Why replace working toner? Because the printer said it has 0% left and it was six years old. The starter toner lasted a long time! Now I have new high-capacity toner cartridges. Hoping these last a long time as well.) read more

I've been buying laser printer consumables from Precision Roller for 5 or 6 years now (3 different printers). The toner/drum unit prices are FAR lower then OEM or even other 3rd party suppliers. I live locally so I order by phone and pick-up at their location. They usually have things ready within an hour. I got a defective drum unit last week, I hopped on an online chat with one of their folks and they said they'd have a replacement shipped to me today. That was today, so I'm looking forward to getting it. They told me to simply discard the defective unit. You can't do better than that. I'm a very satisfied customer. read more

These guys know there stuff bout copiers supplies. I have never had a problem with there after market supplies (unlike form other places) which are a fraction of the cost of OEM supplies. Just changed an old laser toner cartridge out for the one I ordered from Precision Roller. Easy, secure ordering online with prompt shipping. And these third party OEM-compatible cartridges are even less expensive than the local office store generic versions--in my case, I saved no less than $15 over an office store version, even with shipping included! Wow...this Company ROCKS! Service is amazing and they are always willing to work with you if you have problems. I worked with a lovely gal named Cherie, who sent me another toner cartridge as we have been having problems with other InkJet companies to find something that would work in our HP LaserJet. We have ordered several times from Precision Roller and have always received the items the very next day at a competitive price. We recently had a problem with some ink we had from them. When I called, they took care of the problem without any hassles, and did not even want to put me to the inconvenience of returning the defective item. They shipped out a replacement the same day.
