She always makes you feel like you aren't valued enough and she could be doing something more important instead of answering a simple question or checking you out. I normally don't leave bad reviews, but after so many times of receiving her attitude I'm tired of dealing with it and it really is the worst part of getting parts when I have to deal with her complaining and or cussing other people out that aren't there anymore. on the contrary everybody else there has an upbeat attitude with a smile on there face besides her. you could've been having a great morning, but if you come in contact with her, she can make you feel annoyed or undervalued in seconds. It was just me and my son so we ordered 7 hot dog combos. We wanted some froyo but was told the machine was down, great !! You pay $1.50 and you get an amazing hot dog combo with a refillable fountain drink. I know hot dogs are bad for you and has mystery meat ingredients like pig snouts and cow lips but they sure do taste good, especially Sam's Club hot dogs. And the person(s) I was dealing with via Facebook was a rank amateur at best. Horrible customer service. I would recommend to go to any other restaurant supplier in Phoenix. They came out in 3-4 days to "fix it" Which was nothing more than a band-aid. NOW Less than 1 month later the Keg cooler is down again. Gabe called them Sat I happened to be there as he was speaking with them cause I was throwing a Private Party Event the same day. They promised to show up Sunday to "repair again" This refurbished Beer cooler and taps. Sunday comes and goes, Monday comes and goes, Today the Dry Ice that they recomended him to use was gone and all of his KEGS of beer have gotten hot and spoiled. I would 1000% be asking for my money back. Screwing over small busiessman that busts his ass daily to make something out of his busines is uncalled for and down right FUCKED UP. This store has a vast variety of things to buy from bake goods to laundry detergent. Some items are 20 cent to 3 dollars cheaper than Walmart, but a large portion of items are the same price. Also, WinCo only takes debit cards, cash and personal checks. The only true standout is that it's open all the time, but if you want to buy a 3 lb pack of Jennie-O ground turkey, it's the same price at their competitors.
