This was on August 11th. Since then I have had nothing but issues! Switching from a consumer acct to a business account should have been seamless. As of today Sept 17th I've had 2 bills (one consumer and one business) and it's been a nightmare trying to get this issue corrected. I've spent 4 days on the phone with Verizon trying to correct this issue. I've also gone to an authorized Verizon store and have worked on trying to rectifying problems. Never again will I allow anyone to sell Me something that they have no business trying to promote without knowing exactly What needs to be done! Buyer beware!

I had a print employee take time to help me with an order I placed. All my questions were patiently answered. The order was perfect. I stopped into the location by arrowhead this week and it was terrible service in the print area. It felt like I was putting them out asking a question. Nope. Not going to deal with that. I returned to Metro location (since I knew how I was treated previously). I had the help I needed and was taken care of. Thank you for having great customer service skills. Good job manager and employees. Keep it up. It does NOT go unnoticed.

I would think that employees would be more customer service oriented and appreciative of having a job at a brick-and-mortar location or any job at any location............and just appreciative that they have a job at all. I am in Glendale AZ and was at the Office Max location below: Office Max Store #6171 Store #6171 7974 WEST BELL ROAD GLENDALE, AZ 85308 (623) 486-2444 3:30 p.m. Mountain time on Wed, 4/9/2025. My husband and I came into the store to see if this location had a TSA Pre-check service (as some locations have discontinued that service). I asked the cashier (did not get her name) and she said they did have that service, but I had to make an appt. I asked if we could make that appt and she said "you have to make it on line, you cannot make it in person", I looked away at my husband and then she said..........do you want to know how to make it online? It wasn't "Well we cannot make it in person as you have to fill out an application online to reserve your spot" (giving me an explanation of why as that would have been nice to know details) The issue I had was the curtness and her attitude as if I was interrupting her when there was no one in the store). I was quite shocked...........to say the least. The attitude was not at all warranted nor was it provoked. I literally just looked at my husband (who was standing behind me away from the cashier) what happened to "Customer Service" There was literally no one in the store at all except 4 employees that I see up at the front of the store. Her attitude was one of......that I was interrupting her and pretty much made us feel like we were bothering her. I came home and called another location near me in Peoria, AZ and I was met with (on the phone) a very nice and giving employee that explained to me why I couldn't make an appt. over the phone or just coming in. Now that is an employee that is going places but the lady at the location above should not be in a customer service position. I did make an appt at the Store #6758 25340 N LAKE PLEASANT PARKWAY PEORIA, AZ 85383 (623) 376-2320 I believe that employee's name was Abigale that helped me on the phone and will go to Office Max again but Never to the location on Bell RD as this is not the 1st time that location has not been a place that I feel comfortable at (not welcoming AT ALL). The 1st time was awhile ago and didnt really think it would happen again but since it did, twice at the same location says alot for either the Management that employ's and trains and/or management themselves for not making sure "checking in" to make sure their employees represent the brand in a Welcome environment. I am sure that is what they get paid for, right?

    I've used this UPS store numerous times. All with great success... However, this week, I paid…read more$226.00+ for overnight shipping. My client wanted to take the day off to receive her $450 order. The store said the package would arrive next day by noon. My client called me and stated she had not received the package. I searched on behalf of her, it showed it was delayed until the next day. I called in regard to getting a refund of the difference of shipping. Not a full refund. Meerily, the difference between overnight and two day as the service they ended up providing was two day, not overnight. I called to file the claim. They called back and said it had been denied due to "weather". I understand the weather is unpredictable but not one person at the store said, "there may be a delay". Their words were it will arrive tomorrow. BY NOON. I refused to settle for a denial. They referred me to the UPS customer service line. I called and waited on hold only to be told to call the store. I explained I had already spoken to them. They said they would need to take my complaint. Basically sending me in circles. As a fellow business owner, I can't imagine charging someone for a premium service and then giving them a sub par service and just expecting people to be ok with that. Went against my better judgement and shipped UPS again after this, less than a week later and GUESS WHAT?!!! DELAYED!!! They guaranteed me there were no forseen delays. Now my package is sitting in a warehouse somewhere. If anyone has an recommendation, I'm adding UPS to the list with USPS for worst service. Apparently FedEx is known for being speedy, guess that'll be my next stop.
