He said he had no choice as there were even more customers waiting in-store. Based on my experience, they are understaffed and their customer service is underwhelming. No wonder their reviews - across all locations - are subpar. I also discovered in hindsight Airpark Pak n Ship is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau and has a C+ rating for failure to respond to customer complaint.

It was actually embarrassing as hell. Edit* I went to another notary with the exact same documentation that they refused to notarize at this UPS. They were very nice and said I had the appropriate documents and got what I needed notarized. I have no clue why the manager at this location spoke to me the way she did and denied to help me. UPS should revisit employee training and customer service at this location. Edit 2* Interesting response. You claim the documents were incomplete or improperly filled out, yet I took the exact same documents to another notary shortly afterward and they were notarized without any issue. Those two things cannot both be true. My complaint was never that you followed the law. My complaint was that I was treated with unnecessary disrespect while simply asking for help. Instead of acknowledging that concern, this response just assumes the documents were the problem despite evidence to the contrary. The notarization was completed elsewhere with the exact same paperwork. The difference wasn't the documentation. The difference was professionalism.

I do not recommend this company. I moved from AZ-CT March 2025 and paid over $4,000 plus additional…read more$200 in tipping movers just for multiple items to be delivered damaged, including my $2k mattress arriving completely soaked. Movers didn't shrink wrap the mattress, didn't unscrew nightstand legs which are now broken, and the tv stand is damaged because movers asked to add items inside even though I had it empty. Their way of helping was refunding $150 to get a temporary mattress from Walmart and told me the claims department would be in touch in 3-5 business days. In the end they only compensated me $900 despite the thousands of dollars of damage. In addition to the damage, one of the movers the company set up for the CT delivery made inappropriate sexual comments to me while I was alone (I'm a young female). Do not use them!
