We went to this location for a passport photo, only after being turned away from another location…read morewho said they don't get good photos when they try to print them. When we got there it was pretty busy, as they were closing within 30 minutes. When we finally got to the counter, the lady was hesitant about taking the photo and said we should really be there before 4pm due to "lighting". I told her that my daughter doesn't even get off of work before then, so we don't really have an option. Then at that point, she wanted me to wait to have her photographed until the line died down. I questioned that saying that if it was a lighting issue, why would you make us wait longer as the sun continues to set. Wouldn't that just make it darker in the store? She apparently wasn't happy with that, but went to the back to get the camera. She did tell us that it would take 10 to 15 minutes for the photo to process. I told her it was fine since the store didn't close for almost 20 minutes. What I found out later is that she called her boss to complain about me before coming back out to take the photo. So, several minutes later she comes back out and takes a few photos and then goes to the back. Upon returning, she then states we can't take the photo home today because the morning staff will need to review the image and make any adjustments to the lighting, but I could pay for it and pick it up the next day. At that point, it is what it is. As I presented a coupon for the service, which was directly from the UPS website, she proceeded to tell me they don't take those coupons. When I read her the coupon restrictions and showed her again that it was from UPS directly, she goes to call the owner. When the owner calls her back, she starts off the phone call by saying "our lovely lady once again who is here for the photo has a coupon and I told her that we can't take them." In a Very snarky tone. Which at that point I knew she had called her boss before this call. The owner told her how to process the coupon, and when she hung up she had to make another snarky comment that 'we normally don't take these, but it worked this time." After paying, we were told that we would get a phone call when the photo was ready sometime in the morning. It is now 2:00 p.m. the next day and I still have yet to receive a phone call. If I didn't have to go back to pick up an item that has already been purchased, I would never step foot in this store ever again!
