Called three companies, one said they came out, but never saw them, the other said they stopped installing gutters. Great experience with these guys, minus a scheduling snafu. The salesman/estimator who came out to look at our projects never tried to up-sell us where we weren't interested and even helped fix a minor thing (in the moment) at no charge. The team that came to do the installation was polite, professional, did a quality job and left no mess. We did have a scheduling issue with the first installation date - no one showed due to a weather delay and they forgot to let us know. But they handled it graciously, rescheduled us right away, and showed up when they said they would the 2nd time. We would use them again. read more

A perfect contracting experience? How about amazing integrity and service that surpasses!? Precision was both the most affordable and most complete quote we received for new gutters on our old house. I felt like I was taking a risk with them for being the cheapest, but we were really won-over by the professionalism and attitude of Stephen when he came out to do our quote that we decided to use them. The guys showed-up when they said they would, they worked hard through snow and wind until the job was done, they installed everything that was agreed-to and asked-for and did all their work with quality and care around my home with 3 small children and my wife inside. There was only one small problem with their materials failing that couldn't have been helped and they were out the very next day to replace the entire section of gutter that had a problem with it. I worked with Chad to pick out our gutters for our home and detached garage. Chad was easy to work with and since this was my first time replacing my gutters and roof, due to hail damage and some wear and tear, he was very patient and easily explained things. We chose the larger sized gutters for our home and they look terrific. Also, Chad was kind enough to do minor soffit repair and that looks amazing too. The man that installed the gutters on my garage was easy to work with and creative! I say creative in the sense that he saw problems with how the previous gutters were draining, so he came up with a way to install the gutters that would drain better and away from our property. Had a sub-standard company install new gutters at my home. The job performed by this other company was horrible and they refused to fix the issues they caused. I contacted Precision Seamless Gutters to see if they could resolve the issue. Precision came out to view the problem, fixed my initial issue and pointed out all of the problems with the install, showing that Precision had an excellent understanding of gutters and the problems with my install, and took the time to show me the problems. Like I said the initial problem was resolved at no cost. I have since contacted Precision to inspect my current gutters and make repairs. I highly recommend this company. read more

Clint came out for the estimate and suggested several ideas to help with drainage. He designed a gutter system specifically for my house. The install date was set in a reasonable amount of time and the installers were on the job as planned. I The installers were courtious and professional even though they had a long day. (Old gutter system was a NIGHTMARE to remove). The initail job was completed however there were a few minor problems with some flashing that looked unfinished. I contacted Chad, owner via telephone to resolve the issues I felt needed addressed. Chad was more than happy to come out to the house and view the issues. He agreed the issues needed to be addressed and set a plan to have it taken care of. As stated Chad had Steve out to make the repairs. FANTASTIC JOB completing the job. I give a 4 star rating only because the job was not completed to the standard the Chad, Steve nor I would have liked from the start. HOWEVER, they made it right. Thats what makes a good contractor into a GREAT contractor. THANK YOU for your professional approach to a minor issue. Stephen at PSG is great and very responsive. He replaced my gutters a few years ago and recently decided that one of the downspouts needed to extend passed my retaining wall. He took care of it no problem. The level of service I received was excellent! In the initial project, Stephen took the time to explain what the best flow of water would be and we moved the location of a few downspouts because of it. I would highly recommend PSG. read more
