The customer service at pull up was ok but inside at the counter seriously needs work. I saw dude halfway crack a smile when a coworker came in but otherwise to the customers, not friendly. I even asked him something and I'm trying to remember if the response was dry or not at all. The guy that finished my car was super nice. I tipped him and went on my way. The package I got was basic and the wash was pretty decent. Kandi appreciated and I'd return except I want a really good detail job with shampooing carpets, steam, wax, the whole nine next time. This place gets a lot of traffic so not sure they'd actually give the attention of what I want. But for quick wash, I'd hit them up. They have monthly unlimited specials but I know I'm not going to get my money's worth.

Eddie Dalton behavior during our phone conversation was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, but…read moreyour, Kevon Dalton, written response is even more disturbing. It sinks below ground level, revealing just how far you are willing to go to avoid responsibility. You falsely claimed that I brought you a "broken" car. That statement is a complete fabrication. My vehicle is an older model, but it is in impeccable condition, has low mileage, has never been involved in an accident, and has been exclusively serviced and maintained by Mercedes-Benz. The car is garage-kept and was fully functional when it was entrusted to your company. Attempting to rewrite the condition of my vehicle to protect yourself is dishonest and disgraceful. Instead of offering a basic apology, you chose to insult me and deflect blame onto your customer. This is not a misunderstanding -- it is a deliberate attempt to mislead and shift responsibility. Your response exposes a pattern of deception rather than accountability. The video you provided clearly proves that your employee did not know how to properly recline the seat and that the damage occurred while the vehicle was in his hands. Even more alarming, two your employees attempted to conceal the damage instead of informing me immediately. That conduct alone speaks volumes about the ethics of your operation. Without this video evidence, it is doubtful that my insurance company would have refunded the damage at all. What further confirms your dishonesty is your refusal to cooperate with my insurance company, State Farm. You deliberately avoided providing them with the requested information and failed to work with the insurer in good faith. This avoidance is not accidental -- it is a clear indication that you are attempting to hide the truth and evade responsibility for the damage caused by your employee. Your claims regarding your employee are equally misleading. I am not interested in your excuses regarding what your employee did after damaging multiple vehicles. The reality is that he fled the scene, was stopped only because of a red light, and then attempted to flee again. This reckless and dangerous behavior could easily have resulted in serious injury or death and reflects a shocking lack of responsibility. It is obvious that your employees are exhausted, underpaid, and overworked, and that frustration is taken out on customer vehicles. While that may explain the negligence, it does not excuse it -- and it ultimately reflects ownership that values money over integrity, accountability, and basic decency. It is a shame that a business operating in this manner continues to exist. A company that lies, avoids insurance cooperation, deflects blame, and insults its customers lacks morals, integrity, and respect for its profession. I strongly warn future customers to closely monitor their vehicles -- or better yet, take their business elsewhere. Businesses built on dishonesty deserve exposure, not trust.

My wheels are still dirty. my car looks like it was never washed or went through a car wash. There's handprints there's bugs still on it. I could've went to a different car wash and probably had the bugs taken off in my wheels actually looked decent for less than $18 anyways I went across the street to go get car washed up why because my car is not clean I want my car clean the whole purpose of me going through a car wash was so I didn't have to do it so I'm highly upset and I will not recommend this car wash to anybody unless you want to pay $30 and hope and pray that it actually cleans your car for the money. And as I stated earlier, I'm from Jacksonville and live on a dirt road, but my car was not that bad. It just needed to wash from the drive there to Lake Worth basically

Before paying, I politely explained to the gate attendant that my new vehicle had some road salt on it (I was in Michigan 2 days ago) and asked if it would be possible to run it through a second time if needed to ensure everything was removed. The attendant was friendly and helpful and told me, "Sure, no problem man -- we're here to help." Great! Based on that assurance, I purchased the highest-tier wash for $30. After the wash, I was still worried about salt residue (as one should) and came around for the rewash that had been discussed beforehand. That's when things took a turn. The site manager (or assistant manager) immediately became dismissive and antagonistic, challenging me with comments like "Where do you see salt?" rather than addressing the request that had already been approved before I paid. To add insult to injury, the "rewash" I was eventually sent through was just the most basic wash -- despite the fact that I had paid for the top-tier $30 package in the first place. It was an unnecessary confrontation over a simple and reasonable request. No paying customer should be made to feel like they have to defend themselves just to receive the service that was already agreed to. The contrast between the polite gate attendant and the unprofessional behavior from management was striking. Unfortunately, the manager's attitude completely undermined what should have been a straightforward customer service interaction. Very disappointing experience, especially for a business that should understand that basic courtesy and professionalism go a long way. The gate attendant understood customer service. The site manager clearly did not. It's amazing how quickly a straightforward, polite request can turn into a needlessly adversarial interaction when someone in charge decides they'd rather argue with a customer than simply honor what was already promised.
