I took in my Dodge charger to have the headlight replaced since moisture was getting inside of it. Price was decent, I called made appointment for 11 am and was out by 12 noon. Great service from the owner and the employees. Will recommend and will use them again. read more

The owner Chris fit me right in as I had been defrauded by a mobile auto body shop that not only painted improperly but actually sprayed painted my black leather Tesla seats, suffice it to say ruining the car. Chris was extremely professional he stayed up all night to fix my car he was kind he was amazing he even took off the paint from the seats for free as he could see what had happened. Chris and his team did an amazing job on my 2012 Mustang GT on two different occasions. Quick and amazing work and did a great job staying in contact with insurance and made the process as easy as possible. Their IG shows that the work speaks for itself and my car was even featured in a cinematic style video on their Instagram. Complete rip off. Was recommended by my manager at work who had seen some of his body work on Instagram. Had my car for over a month and a week after my insurance called me to tell me my 30 days on the rental were up there was no answer on the phone (he rarely ever answers) I drove up there to find that he had barely touched my car in 30 days. After the insurance company didn't agree to extend my rental he then said my car would be done on Friday. After this he continued to give me the run around every day how it would be done one day and then when that day came it's tomorrow morning then it's come after you get off work then it's the next day and the day after that. Honestly gave me every excuse in the book how he didn't have enough people how the insurance company didn't pay him enough. Finally when he said my car was ready to be "picked up" it looked like a 2 year old slapped it together . He put the broken tail light back on my car and when I noticed it he said oh my bad I put the wrong one on and grabbed the new one from the back. My car was far from mediocre and I was not accepting it. He was also supposed to replace the trunk liner and did not do that after saying something he then put it in after the fact. After telling him how unacceptable this was. He had my car for another whole week. which I had to ride my bike and take Uber's Everywhere and finally when he said it was "done" I went to pick up my car Notonly was the body work and paint mediocre at best my car will not drive straight at all and I have a flat tire. Then forced me to pay out of pocket for work that should have been completed in the first place.Complete scumbag wouldn't wish him on my worst enemy. So glad my car is out of his hands so I can take it to a real body shop. PLEASE TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. SCAM ARTIST wish I could put less stars read more

I made a BAD CHOICE is using Autologists. Here is an honest review of my experience. I decide to use them after speaking with Chris (the owner) and because of his passion for his work, his guarantee of the quality of his work, superior products and his personal promise, "that I would not need to return.", sold me. Unfortunately, none of it came true. I thought that during this pandemic, I would give my business to a local, small business in hopes it would help to keep his business open and employees employed. We scheduled a date and time to drop the vehicle off and Chris stood me up and was a no show... which he did several more times throughout this experience. We called several times. Chris doesn't answer his phone, doesn't returns phone call, text message or emails. This happened over and over throughout this ordeal. (Unless he's in need of something) He finally showed up over an hour late with no explanation and no apology. He promised the vehicle returned in 3-5 days, which came and went. He kept asking for more time which we gave him, so not to rush the work and to have it done right the first time. Two weeks later he delivers the vehicle to us in the rain and his work could not be inspected. The following morning all the imperfections of his work just leaped off the vehicle. Nearly every surface he painted had flays were the paint had runs in it. Areas to be painted were missed completely and you could see the primer. There was tape residue left behind. He did more damage to the vehicle than what was to be repaired. They broke the side power mirror from their lack of knowledge in how to remover the "cap" so it could be painted and had to replace it. Damage the roof trim, didn't protect the inside of the vehicle, leaving it with dirt and grease everywhere and used the backseat area to store old parts etc., leaving dirt on the carpeting. We called and called Chris to bring these issues to his attention, we schedule an appointment to bring the vehicle back and again he stood me up... wouldn't return my calls or text messages. We finally tracked him down, took the vehicle to him and although he took responsibility to address the issues, it was nothing but excuses for why the imperfection were there. It took him a month to get the vehicle back in the shop. We scheduled another appointment which he stood me up again for the 3 or 4th time. Drop the vehicle off with a turn-around time of 2-3 days. We had to contact him to find out whether the vehicle was ready, which he said it was and could be picked up... then he kept asking for more time because it wasn't finished, with one excuse after another. 24 hours later they dropped the vehicle off at 9pm and his work could not be inspected until the following morning. The following morning, we could not believe what our eyes were telling us. Although they fixed the mirror and you would have thought, Chris, knowing all the issues, would have personally inspected the vehicle to ensure it was perfect, before it left his shop. None of the imperfections were the paint had runs in it, were fixed and remain, they chipped paint when removing the roof trim, the inside of the vehicle was filthy and they didn't bother to wash the vehicle, when Chris said, all that needed to be done was to wash and polish the vehicle which he was going to do himself. Chris needs to learn the importance of good communications, customer service, how to delegate and inspect what he expects from his employees and others doing his work, otherwise inferior shoddy work will continue to leave his shop representing him and his business. I should have used a more recognized established, and more dependable larger body shop. read more

This experience was one of my absolute worst in 60 years. Steve is a nice guy but he's lazy, I told him a day in advance I wanted to trade my Porsche GT4RS for an X6M which they had priced at the absolute top of the price range which means MINT condition. I drove two and a half hours only to find the drivers side bumper had substantial damage enough so they couldn't fix it on site. We had all the numbers worked out the day before I got there meaning this transaction should have taken about 30 minutes but because of the damage they tried to fix it on site. After their first attempt which included a detail, Steve told me the BMW was good to go, I asked if the damage was fixed he said it was I went outside to look and it absolutely was not, the deep scratched were still there so either he lied to me or he didn't do his due diligence and check for himself either way he failed. I spent 4 1/2 hours there waiting for something they could have taken care of before I got there, they could have told me about the damage before hand and I would have told them to fix it and let me know when it's good unfortunately Steve had no idea of the damage but I assure you someone there did and they dropped the ball. Four and a half hours of my time wasted then Steve tells me he can find a guy near my house to fix it at their expense. He did and that guy was over an hour away from me so I had to take the X6 in for them to look at, 2 hours of my time, then I had to take it back days later to drop it off another 2 hours and I had to rent a car at my expense, when it was finished another 2 hours of my time so in total that was about 10 and a half hours of my time for something they should have fixed before I drove 2 and a half hours to purchase it. I also asked Steve to please have my check waiting for me since my car was worth at least 40k more than theirs and yes they agreed to pay me just over 40,000 dollars, but there was no check. I asked Carlos, the person in finance if the check would be FedExed to me he said it would and I would receive a confirmation number so I could track it, two weeks later I received my check with 0 notification that it was on it's way, two weeks later I don't know about you guys but if I buy a car from Hgreg they want their money NOW LIKE RIGHT NOW but when they owe money they take their sweet ass time. For sure I will think twice before going here for another vehicle if I do I promise there will be no surprises I will not only make sure the vehicle is on site, which I found out they have two locations where they store their cars, and I will make sure the care is flawless if their asking top dollar. I found they marked up the Porsche I traded in by 25,000 dollars so rest assured if I do business with them again the first thing I'll do is take about 15k off the asking price if they don't like that too bad so sad. The owner of Hgreg should do his due diligence get to this location and get it running right.

I have been using autologistics since 2024. I bought a BMW 740i off Carvana in February 2024. Unfortunately, when I bought the car, it had some issues that had to be resolved. They referred me to autologistics and I have been happy with all their services ever since. I have gone back three times to have things repaired on this car. Chris, at auto logistics, has taken care of me continuously without any disappointments. He has gone above and beyond to always make sure that I have gotten the most fair price on my vehicle repairs. I highly recommend them for all vehicles, especially high end ones. They are very competitive in their prices and will bet the dealership prices all the time. I normally don't give reviews but occasionally I do when results exceed my expectations. Chris (the owner) gave me a reasonable and fair estimate to repair my son's 2022 Toyota Corolla. He was able to repair the vehicle in a week when others told me it would take two weeks. He kept his promised of keeping me up to date on the progress and delivering on time.
