From leakage, to lights working intermittently or not coming on at all, and side panels buckling - we must have called Homecrafters at least half a dozen times. Homecrafters: Let it be known that the owners and employees of Homecrafters were very accommodating - but, the thought of having to put their number on speed-dial was not my idea of a well-made spa. It's sad that they were the ones to carry such an unreliable item. Marquis Spa: One would think that this spa company would have done a better job at the quality control department before selling it to the public - especially when one has to fork out close to $10,000. I'm not sure if they came from the seed bag or from the soil, but I had to do some extra work with post-emergent weed killer to get things cleaned up. Once I got that under control, the results were impressive. I reached out to customer support to ask about the weeds but never heard back. That was disappointing--1/5 for support. Still, the value and end result made it worth it. I'd rate the product itself a solid 4/5 and the value 5/5. I started them indoors in a seed starting tray. Unfortunately, I had zero germination. Luckily it was early enough to order another round of zinnias from another company. Same starting process, and thankfully I had 100% germination. Now, I don't know why the Outsidepride seeds did not germinate, but I'm not going to fault them because I know anything can happen. And since I only had a single packet of seeds, I did not seek help from their customer service team. I do plan on ordering seeds for next season and should I experience something similar, I will call on them for help. I'm looking forward trying rudbekia, geranium, cornflower, and zinnias seeds. These varieties should thrive in my zone 10 area. Hoping for the best!
