Why? Because I think if I did a better job being clear about what I need from Scott... he is basically good at what he does... and there aren't a ton of options. Look... this guys got some bad reviews... I could have done that but in truth half of what didn't go well was me... so maybe some of those bad reviews aren't fair. My advice... give him a chance but really... really manage the work

We had to threaten a law suit to get them to refund us money for faulty concrete. Today we had a contractor try to fix faulty concrete around the pool and discovered that the electrical conduit for the pool cover was only 1 1/2 to 3 inches below the surface of the concrete. This is a major code violation!!! The code requires 18" below the surface. When we called Blue Mountain Pools to cover cost of repair to reroute the electrical conduit - they denied responsibility.
