I text Miranda and she says they just got into a car accident (which is what happened to another reviewer below and now seems oddly suspicious). Regardless, she says someone should be there in an hour. About an hour and a half later, someone finally shows up. Massages were great but already ruined the day with the lateness. Miranda agreed to refund the cost of the bachelor's massage, but it has now been nearly a month since the booking and no refund has been given. Overall, good massages but not worth the hassle of unreliability.
