The guys seem nice and like they know their stuff, however, when it came to my visit I was extremely displeased. I went here because I thought they would be helpful, to diagnose a lean code. My car got an inspection which was cool, but when it came to diagnosing the problem that never happened. I paid $200 for them to tell me my MAF sensor was bad (which if done at the shop would cost about $500) and then they focused heavily on another issue my car had (and by the time I left it sounded worse than going in). Ended up having to go to another shop and spending another $200 to get it diagnosed and then another $300 on top of that for the actual problem to be fixed (turns out SAI hoses were cut throughwhich should've been noted during inspection) and the purge valve was bad. Now I am behind on registration as it took an extra month to get the problem fixed. Not sure if this was a one off issue. The guys were all nice but I was really displeased with my visit. read more

After having a dealership that would tell us the same thing was needed at the same time on 3 different vehicles of different ages and mileage, we tried out Precision. They have always been great about recommending items based on actual wear and tear, as well as letting us know items that are recommended due to age/mileage. They do not push timing belts or transmission flushes just because that's what they are promoting this month like the dealership did. I have found them to be very fair and friendly. Pricing is much lower than it was at the dealership. We have been going to Precision for about 6 years. Our cars are now 10-12 years old and running great even at 130k, 190k, and 220k miles. read more

Took my car here for an oil change and tires. Ended up doing an additional $1100 In services just to receive my car back leaking oil. When I took it back they told me it was my oil pan and it was very common for cars hitting 75k and would cost me about $500. I didn't trust this....my car wasn't leaking oil before my repairs. Took it to my friend to get it fixed and he said my bolts weren't screwed down and were so loose he could take them off by hand! He said the leak could probably be fixed by just screwing them in but changed my whole oil pan for me anyway. Moral of the story...I'm a single mom that went in by myself and expected to be treated fairly and well...but I wasn't. I do not recommend them at all and have a hard time going anywhere now because of this experience. read more
