I have used Precision for several years for both my cars. I always got oil/lube changes, in the course of which they noticed oil leaking under valve cover. I got the gasket replaced for a very competitive price. Recently I had spark plugs/coils replaced and they let me buy my own quuality parts and they installed them without an upcharge. Just the labor from the standards book. They have done several other smaller mechanical jobs as well. All done timely and well. I further commend Jake and his front office staff for what is top notch courteous service. I find this shop an invaluable asset as a Senior who relies on the car (s) (including one semi vintage). I used to do minor repairs but time and lack of work space take a toll. I rely on Precision and commend them highly. read more

Horrible experience with precision tune . Jake is a thief , I had transmission work done. I needed a new transmission. The transmission cost him $4600. He charges me a grand total for my bill was $10,338. Don't go to this guy he will rip you off with a smile read more

I have been here many times for my oil changes ,they have always been great with customer service, and getting the job done correctly. I have use them for tire issues as well. The lady that worked this past Saturday morning was so understanding and caring towards my son who is Autistic and can be a little loud. She was nothing short of amazing. Price Gouging! My TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light came on a few months ago and would not turn off. All tire pressures were correct. Precision Tune Auto Care was going to charge me $53 dollars to diagnose the problem. They went on to tell me that all 4 of the TPMS sensors were bad and it would cost $600 to replace them. I left and refused to pay the $53 diagnostic fee which had not explained to me beforehand. I then went to the Sweat Tire store in Daphne and explained the problem. They charged me zero dollars for the diagnostics and $79 each (this price includes the labor) for the two sensors (not four) that were bad. Bottom line: Precision Auto = $653 Sweat Tires = $158 Precision Tune Auto Care. In response to your comments regarding my review...you admitted directly to me that perhaps I did not hear you tell me about the diagnostic fee because you were wearing a mask and said that there has been miscommunication between the two of us. I appreciate you wearing the mask, however, I did not hear you tell me anything about a diagnostic fee. The part of my review that you did not address was the ridiculous price difference between Precision Tune Auto Care and Sweat Tire. I am explaining to Yelp users that Precision Tune Auto Care is not charging a fair market price for their work and I am suggesting that they go elsewhere to receive a much lower price for the same work. read more

This is by far one of the worst shops you could take your vehicle to. About 2 weeks ago I called for an estimate for a rear end replacement. The technician quoted me $2100 with a 1 year warranty. It took me 2 weeks to save up enough money to tow it in and get it fixed. It was not until after I towed it in that he raised the price over a thousand dollars. His only response was that prices change. There is no way the price of a rear end raises 1000 dollars over 14 days. Then after I was pretty much forced to have it fixed there due to the non refundable service charge of 150$ and the price of another tow they forgot to bleed the brakes and I had to do it myself. I am waiting to recieve $50 back for this but who knows if I will actually recieve it. If it would let me leave zero stars I would! Update- the price change was not due to the recommendation of brakes. That would have been another 1000$+. The price change I am stating is for the exact job that I called for. The price was 2100 before towing in and then 3000+ after towing in. This is just for the rear end. Then he told me I would need breaks putting the price at 4000$+. Ultimately the price change was for the same job. read more

These places are always hard to read, but the employees were friendly. I got a fast lube service and was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Explained services but were not to pushy like these places can be. I don't know much about cars so I have to give trust if things they say make sense to me. Anyway I would visit again and recommended. read more

Wonder why there's not a zero star option. This place will rip you off. Please avoid at all cost. I never want to hurt someone's business but they have completely lose trust on the industry. We brought one of our work vehicle in this place and they quoted us around 600 dollars for a bunch small repairs I.e. spark plugs, air flow sensor, etc. We go to pick up the truck and pay the money for the repairs and the price went up another 200 bucks without any consent of ours. They said they found another issue that had to be resolved. My options were, I pay the money or they take the part out and put the old one back in. After complaining about the issue they did take some labor off but not much. It was still over 700 bucks. Here's the real kicker. The trucks air flow sensor is already out again. It hasn't been 2 months! There is no way they put a new one in. What a waste of money and time. Stay far far away from this place. I considered going back to see about a warranty but I just don't trust them. I learned a lesson the hard way. Hope this will help somebody.... read more

Each time I get a service the staff is very friendly and they complete the job right the first time. Mechanics are hard to come by these days, especially those that you can trust. i highly recommend using this location. They give you good choices for services on the menu, if you combine services you get a discount! I feel the prices are fair. read more

If I could leave no stars and still leave a review I would!!!! This place is a complete rip off. First they were suppose to check my transmission fluid and told me it was fine. They said I needed a new transmission, a new pump, and numerous other things when in reality I was out of transmission fluid that they supposedly just checked. My sister took my other car to them for an oil change and did not put the sticker up. So a couple days later I took the same car to them and instead of telling me they had just changed the oil in that car according to their records they changed it again. It is amazing though you can call them and they can tell you everything they didn't do or when they did something, but when your there in person they leave that information out. I have had nothing but trouble out of both of my vehicles since I took them to this place. I would not recommend them even if they were the last people around to fix something. read more

These guys are terrible. Charged for an A/C service. lasted 2 hours. Went back to discuss it with them and guy behind the counter asked me if he could "explain in to me in words I could understand." Very unprofessional. Have used them for several oil changes in the past but I will take my business elsewhere from now on. Too many other options that believe in customer service. I just left Precision Tune in Daphne and drove home in a wet car. They left my car in the parking lot in the rain with the window down. I am not talking about a little water but a flooded front driver's side. This is totally unacceptable and I do not plan to be a return customer. I would not recommend their services. read more

I got my airconditioning line diagnosed, repaired and filled by them, they were fast , efficient, walk in and reasonable .

Incompetence abounds here. If you want your car fixed right take it to Jordan Automotive.

I would not recommend to use this location. After changing my oil the mechanic did not appropriately closed my hood, it flew open as I was on the road causing damage to the hood and windshield . The mgr agreed to fix everything, but he only replaced the windshield and the hood but refused to paint it to Match the car's color. I had to pay $750 to fix it. read more
