let me start by saying this i own a 2016 bmw m6 competition I've been going to this place for years and have never had a bad experience with them ( Justin / JW/ Rodney) are absolutely amazing and the rest of them if I missed any name lol. As for pricing for me it's definitely reasonable for the quality of work they do my mom takes her two cars there as well. I can't speak on everyone else's experience but I will say me having a European car of this caliber and always having a great conversation and experience with these guys and trusting them with my cars for all these years I'd say there absolutely trust worthy in my book. Also just to clear things up there are good days and bad days and sometimes all you need is to be patient with them treat them the way you want to be treated and they will reciprocate and work with you. You don't want some random customer coming into your establishment yelling and fussing at you when your at work so just try to understand the people who are working on your car and just talk to them and if you don't like the price and y'all can't come to terms then you have every right to seek help elsewhere with love. If you are the owner of this business you should do an audit on your recent sales. Your shop tried to charge me almost 3X what a normal part and installation for that part should be. When I asked the salesman what they were trying to charge me the math wasn't mathing. He couldn't add in his head fast enough to make it make sense. And no, I didn't buy it. They told me I needed my control arm replaced on my passenger side which was $800. Then they called the next day and said that the driver side control arm needed to be replaced as well which I feel like they lied to get more money because why y'all didn't say that on the first day when you checked the passenger side? Which altogether was $1400. Paid it. Took the car home and when I tried to crank it up not even an hour later it wouldn't start which is a problem I didn't have before I brung my car.. DO NOT Take your car to precision tune in Fayetteville, NC. They do not take accountability and will lie to you if they cause any issue with your car. I went in for an oil change on 9/19/2025 and they drained the transmission fluid instead of the oil. When I went in I had no alerts for service on my dashboard. They informed me that I had an engine leak but failed to tell me they popped it. Meaning no coolant going to my engine. I didn't find out it was popped by one of the technicians until the next day when I spoke with one of the guys that weren't there that day after my car started running hot alarming me with Engine running hot turn the car off. I asked Rodney before leaving to explain to me about the leak? he informed me that they topped the coolant off and I should be good But I needed to get it checked. Why not tell me I advise you not to move it because it can tear up your engine?! My initial sheet from Saturday stated I had a leak. I get the sheet on Monday and it states they told me about the leak and that the hose was popped. In the beginning I should get the hose from Audi but once my car started running hot once I left them all of a sudden we're going to get that for you. We can have it by tomorrow. Why not tell me that on the initial day of it happening. And if you did no wrong why are you looking for the hose for me on Monday. Be honest and upfront with the customers. Don't lie and not look out for the well being of your customers. I called corporate and he agreed with them. Saying a leak and being broken is the same thing. I had a leak no alerts. After they popped the hose I have alerts. And a leak and a break is the same?! definitely not the same. He basically said they didn't have to tell me the severity of my hose being popped. This is total BS! Justin Ward and Rodney are liars and corporate go along with the wrong that they do to their customers. As I said I was told a leak but not that one of your technicians popped it. Your technicians popped it and did not tell me the severity of riding know it was popped. Popped and leak is two different things. You're all liars! Don't take your car there. If something goes wrong they will cover it up! Initial you have a leak and you have to order the part from the Audi dealership. After knowing they did wrong all of a sudden we're going to cover the oil change and replace the transmission fluid, and look for the hose for you. I thought to myself initially I had to get the part from Audi to now they're going to look for it for me. Oh, we looked all over for it but couldn't find it on Saturday. Once I found out they popped it they could get it from the Audi on Monday. On Saturday they couldn't find it anywhere. Not one person said without this hose this could tear up your engine. Went to pick up a warrantee item, oil change and get a NC inspection sticker. I was told 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete the ticket. Instead of just doing the oil change, they lift my car and decide to do a FULL INSPECTION so that they can try to nickle and dime me on more things I need. I'm Ted Bell, I don't need this garbage! So they come back to me and I pay my money and go as the guy tries to shake me down for new tires. Go about my business. Then as I'm driving today suddenly my water cooler isn't working properly. If you're a regular reading this I suggest on your next visit if you are waiting in the lobby pay close attention to the so called mechanics coming out with clipboards somehow always giving a speech to someone about their car and how something extra broke or there's something else wrong. I came in 11am on a Saturday to have my car seen for, as I examined, a screw stuck near the center of my tire's tread. I have enough mechanical knowledge to know this is an easy fix(take the screw out and patch the tire) Should be very inexpensive. I wait in the lobby with an 8month old baby for 5+ hours for a gentleman to come out of the shop and tell me: "Yeah so it looks like you need to replace your tire for $150" Then I said, well why does the screw appear to be on the tread? He replied, "Our head mechanic feels it's too much of a risk as it is close to the tire well." I said, I don't think it is. He replied "You've been here for a long time with the child are you sure you don't want just have us fix it?"(that's called creating demand). I said, no thank you...I thought, no way I will be scammed like that, all I wanted was for you guys to patch my tire! I immediately went to a local used tire mechanic down near the new Sheetz that opened on Raeford. Drove in there, and in less then 5 mins they saw me, patched my tired, and charged me $15. Don't go to this place and waste your hard earned money. They are pulling the wool over rich people or people who don't have any idea how cars work. I recognize it when I see it. He deserves a raise as he makes the whole place better. Dropped my car off at 7am didn't get the car back as of yet ( currently 9:30am ) but called for an update , they stood around from 7-7:40am just smoking and bullshitting ( glad to know that's what they get paid to do. Their so behind that their are vehicles all over the parking lot and additional lot being used behind the auto part store next to them. Got gave an estimate one of about 2 hours I call back two hours later to get an update and he goes oh yea uh well we only have two " technicians that can change oil " and the 3 that was in front of you this morning just got pulled in. So what were you doing from 7am this morning to 9:30 ? Took my 2019 Chevy Traverse in just for a state inspection was told it failed because the suspension was loose. I was mansplained to why I need to get this $900 dollar job done by them. I declined then took my truck to the local Chevy dealership that said there's nothing wrong with the suspension of the vehicle at all. On 4/15/2021 I took my 2001 Audi TT to the Precision Tune at 5327 Raeford Road, 28304 for a safety inspection. There were no mechanical problems with the car and it only needed a safety check due to the age of the vehicle. When I contacted them, a man named Justin went to great links to explain why the car failed- he said the springs in the front struts were worn out making the car unsafe to drive. I thought it was strange because the car was handling so well but I approved the work and also agreed to have them do some work on the breaks (change brake fluid, rear brake service and caliper reset) and shocks. The work came to 1,523.00 and included a front-end alignment, new air filter, front struts, and rear shocks. I took the car back on 4/21 to have the work done. By late in the day on 4/22 I still hadn't heard from them and called to check. Another employee (I can identify him but don't have his name) went to great lengths to explain the delay- "the springs in the front struts of an Audi TT don't wear out so they are not included in the strut assembly". He went on to explain "the technician was having trouble figuring out how to put the old springs (that caused the car to fail inspection) in the new strut assembly". I picked up the car and was still processing what had happened. On the way home I realized they had not replaced one of the rim-caps on the right rear driver's side. I returned and found out the mechanic had damaged it while repairing the car and neglected to mention it when I picked the car up. They ordered a new wheel-cap and installed it on or around 4/23 at no charge. When I was on may way home the ABS (break warning light came on). The light went out and I didn't think anything more of it- old car, new breaks. I didn't drive the car for a few days, but when I did the ABS light came on and wouldn't go out. I took the car back on 5/4/21 to have them check the break light and was told it was just a dirty sensor (which they repaired). I don't drive or leave the house often but the next time I did (near the end the months) the ABS light came back on. I also noticed the car pulling to the left and detected a strange popping sound coming from the front end when I turned. I returned again on 6/3/21 to discuss the situation with the manager- I also told her about both the conversations I'd had with her employees about the springs and struts. The manager, Angie, seemed genuinely concerned. We talked at length for at least 30 minutes. She read all the notes, contacted the parts department with me sitting there, confirmed the springs aren't a part of the strut assembly and assured me "heads would roll" and she would "contact corporate about a refund". I made it clear the car was pulling after they'd done the alignment. I made it very clear I just wanted the struts checked to see if that was the source of the popping sound. She was also very clear on the main issues- after having alignment work done there, suddenly the car was pulling to the left and the ABS light came on AFTER they'd done break work. I wasn't confident the strut work was done properly and I wanted it checked by another technician. I made it very clear to Angie I didn't want the original technician to touch my car again. I took the car back the next day to have it checked, hoping this would be the end of the ordeal. When I called later that afternoon, I got Justin on the phone. The same Justin who told me the struts needed springs. He gave me an estimate for another 1,200.00 worth of work. read more

I keep going back for a reason. prices are great and very do-able. one thing I will say is that since they are great shop, it is very busy. so if you plan on waiting, even for just an oil change it will take a little longer than you would expect. I went in for a oil change and see on the front desk a sign for $139 maintenance package which includes BRAKE Fluid so I thought I'll get that instead of just a regular oil change for $70. I go back after 3 HOURS to find out that they didn't do everything listed on the maintenance package. They didn't change the brake fluid at all and also tried to take the sign down once I returned to pick up my car and pay. I only came in for an oil change on my recently bought truck. So I cannot comment on any repair services. Anyway, I dropped it off while I was getting my nails done next door-ish. Prices, time of completing service, and kindness/helpfulness of staff were all great and satisfactory. The only reason I deducted a star is because when I got to my vehicle there was grease all over the handle and steering wheel. I had to use the receipt to open the door. I have wipes in the car so I just went ahead and l wiped everything down before I left. However, that's gross. I've not had that happen anywhere before but it wasn't a deal breaker so I will return for other services if needed as well. read more

So I came for air filter change, tire rotation and oil change and I get home after waiting for my car for 5 hours and popped the hood and noticed they broke my intake hose. So I drove back and they couldn't find the part in North Carolina so they had to order it so they TAPED my hose and said people leave here all the time with tape which was a huge red flag. So I go with it since there isn't much I can do and it takes over 3 weeks for them to receive the part. When I get here this morning I'm like hey my steering feels weird since y'all did the tire rotation can y'all just look at it and see what it could be. On a friday said that the part would be in monday so I dropped my car off on that monday and called in everyday to see if I it was ready. Great car service the best in town. This is my experience...I had a car that was parked and was out of commission. It wasn't drivable and I really didn't want to pay 100s of dollars to get it towed. I called the guys at Precision Tune and they towed my car for free and gave me extended time to get the money to get it out of the shop. I went in for a possible cv joint issue, an alignment, an oil change and break service. I came in at 10:15am they were supposed to call me to let me know if anything was wrong. Never got the call. When I called in around 3:40pm, they had not taken my car back yet. I was on hold for a while. When the receptionist got back to me she stated that they were bringing the car in now, ok kool!... An hr passes. Haven't heard anything to the status of my car. I decided to drive back up there, I live close. They had still not started on my car, not even a diagnostic. Which I payed for. Some guy from the back comes to talk to me pretty much saying they had been busy. Doing what??? 6hrs in. Mind you, they close at 6pm. I left. Still no phone call. I had to go back up there and see my car back in the parking lot and asked did they even do anything. They only changed my oil. I don't even know if I can trust that. Now I have to take it to another shop to check and see if they even changed my oil, and also get my other repairs done. HUGE!!!!!! WAIST OF TIME!!! Recently my wife's vehicle went here for an alignment. Not only did they not align the car properly, but they got grease on my brand new car's interior. They also did over $2200 dollars in damage to my brakes, tires, and alignment components. Almost 2 weeks later, they've done nothing but say "sorry".
