I have been a customer since Chase and his shop were in Pleasant Grove on Buckner! I drive all the way from south Dallas to their new location in Garland now. I've never been talked down to (big when you're a woman talking with auto-techs), I always feel like we work on a problem together- he gives me options and helps me make the right decision for my auto needs. The turn-around on oil changes and inspections has always been great. They're just an easy company to deal with and that takes some of the stress over getting my car worked on. The prices on services have normally been less than what I was 'bracing myself for' so I feel like it's a great value, too. read more

I had gotten some work done here regarding my front end suspension. I took it in, got a estimate of what 'needed' to be done and ended up with the issue not resolved and for them to tell me "they don't know what's wrong with it" I've never had a mechanic tell me that, mind you I just paid $980 for the issue NOT to be resolved/fixed. The work they did do I had gotten checked out by a new mechanic and seems to be alright and already taken care of. But with that being said, the issue that needed to be taken care of was never even addressed or fixed and honestly left on a bad note in my eyes. I do not recommend Precision Tune Auto Care from here on out! read more

06/22/2024- Got in my 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan to run an errand at 1:20 pm, Let the windows down to air the car out, and when I went to roll them up the drivers side window fell down in the door. The same thing happened to the same window 5 yrs ago. Cheap ass Mopar parts. 1:30 PM. I took it to this shop because they had fixed it the last time only a different owner then, and now. Chase the guy behind the counter said they could look at it and give me an estimate. He told me they could fix it right away and quoted me a price. I said you can do this today? I gave them the go and had someone give me a ride to get some things and came back at 3:30, and the car is parked outside window job complete. Replaced the left window regulator. I don't know a mechanics shop anywhere that you can take a car in for an emergency repair on Sat. afternoon and get it repaired the same day in 2 hours. These guys are lazy and terrible with communication. My car's electrical system was literally glitching when I brought them my car and all they did was park it in the back. Chase, the customer service rep, asked me to bring my car in so that they could hold it for a few days and that's exactly what they did. They didn't even do any efficient test runs on my car. How do I know? Because I monitored my cars activity the whole time it was in their possession and all they did was run my car for 60 seconds each day that they had it. How can you even test it to see what's wrong if you don't even drive 5 miles to find a problem. I do not recommend this place, they won't do anything that requires actual work. Now, I have wasted a week without a car and all he they could tell me was "we don't know what to tell you." read more

I took a chance with this place because of the groupon for oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 9:00 am and was told that it would be a half hour wait for service. It's 11:39 and they just started my car. They dealt with people who arrived after me (but didn't have appts) before they got to my car. I will not be returning. read more

I took a chance on this place (Buckner location) because the Groupon advertised a premium oil change, a complete inspection, and a tire balance and rotation for less than $50. I made an appointment because, according to Anthony Hernandez, Groupons are only honored with a scheduled appointment. When I showed for my first appointment on a Saturday, I was told that it would be a 3-hour wait. I left and chose to come back the following weekend without an appointment since walk-ins were being honored on a first come first serve basis. That attempt was a fail when I arrived to a full waiting room and again was told it might be an hour or two before I could be helped. I scheduled yet another appointment with Anthony for a weekday at 4pm. I arrived on time and he looked perplexed when I explained I had an appointment (I'd only scheduled it 6 days before with him). He said they probably wouldn't be able to get to my car because the lifts would be unavailable for at least an hour. When I asked why the appointment was not honored, he said that they basically schedule appointments but will take any job as it arrives... unless, of course, you're using a Groupon. After expressing my frustration, he said he could service the vehicle with the exception of the tire rotation. I agreed because I did not want to have to reschedule a 4th time. Anthony said it would be about 30-40 minutes. They did not take my car in until 4:50pm. I was 1 of 2 people in the waiting area. For as long as I waited, I should have been able to get the tire rotation I paid for. When they completed the service, he proceed to tell me there would be an additional fee of about $6 to cover tax and service. Mind you, I had already purchased the Groupon, and I was not receiving the complete package advertised/paid for. The courteous thing to do would have been to waive the additional fee - didn't happen. Needless to say, I will not be back. The promotion on Groupon was definitely not worth the hassle. read more

Went to get my AC recharged and the man was disrespectful he disrespectfully gave me my keys accused me of lying when I told him I was in a carmax 90day warranty. I don't recommend his services to nobody . He needs to work on his customer service skills . read more

Horrible service! The manager (who said he's an owner) wouldn't honor my appointment (that they suggest you make). He also didn't tell me till after he used my Groupon. I had to waste time and money on a sitter only to be told I'd have to wait 45 mins or come back another day. They don't deserve anyone's money! read more

I went in to get an oil change, tire rotation, battery and charging check, and brake inspection. I went in at 5:15pm and the owner told me that it would take until 6:30pm because of all the work to be done and the many cars ahead of me. He insisted that I also purchase a tire balance as well.He told me that a tire rotation can make the car wobble afterwards. By 5:50, my car was ready and I was very surprised. I did not see my car being driven into the garage area, nor did I see anyone working on my car the whole time. I did not see my 4 tires being rotated on the machine. I was skeptical but I proceeded to leave. Some of the other customers there commented that it seemed awfully fast for rush hour that all those services were performed in such a quick time. As I drove the car from the shop, I immediately felt wobbling and rubbing of my tires as I picked up speed. I have had many tire rotations from many different companies and none of them have ever caused my car to drive roughly afterwards. I immediately turned back around and asked the owner if he could rotate the tires again where I could see the work. I told him that the car was now driving unsteadily and he told me that I could pay additional money to have it serviced again. When I informed him that I would report his "bait-and-switch" tactics to Groupon, he began to curse at me, insult me, and threaten me. I called the police before it escalated any further but he continued to curse and call me names. read more
