They will steal stuff out of your car they will lie to you right to your face they will overcharge you and say you're getting a good deal

Precision Tune Auto Care has the quickest and cheapest oil change. I could be in and out within 30 minutes and spend a reasonable amount. Afterward, they also call you on the service received, something you often don't see nowadays. I have not gotten any other car service besides oil change at Precision, but oil change is great. read more

TLDR: they didn't finish their work properly Here's the thing: I used to go to this place all the time. I moved to the area in 2011 and they were my go to. However over the last year or so management apparently has changed and it's not for the better. The second to last time I took my car in they didn't replace the cap to the oil compartment. Okay minor oversight, I didn't even bring it up. The last time I was in December, I took it in for an oil change and spark plugs. Didn't learn my lesson the first time and didn't look under the hood when I picked it up. This was a Friday. That weekend, I was cleaning my windows and noticed two caps hanging out under my wipers. Open the lid and the engine block cover is not there. Had to call them Monday and thankfully they still had it. Was able to leave work early and put it back on. That brings us to Tuesday as I go to leave for work my oil light comes on and stays on. I pull over to the nearest gas station and check it. The stick is dry with the small tip of dark oil. Now I know my car burns through oil faster than it should, but that's another issue. I have never gone through a fresh oil change in 3 days. I'm not a car expert at all, but they told me to my face I must have a significant leak and I'm pretty sure I would have noticed my car leak out 4-5 quarts of oil in 3 days. They wanted to do a leak test for $40. I felt bad for the receptionist (she said she was the manager) when I called. The mechanics and apparently the owner looked at my car when I brought it in the last time. Not one of them came to talk to me. I work in customer service and I understand different people have different ways of communicating and dealing with issues, but the lack of any response other than the kind woman at the front just rubbed me the wrong way. So unless there's a big change at this establishment, I would most likely not recommend it. read more

This will be placed on my reviews. Dear Sir, I find this email that saddens my heart to report. I have been a loyal customer for years but Monday January 2, 2023, the oil change was all I wanted. On the way to work it seemed running off! On Thursday January 5th black smoke came out of the car and had no power. Engine problems =my mechanic. He said the old oil was not drained and the new oil was added and such is noted on invoice and pics taken. He said there could be more damage. The place would not take responsibility! Do not take your car to these people. Had used them for years about 5 years ago I noticed a change in how they did business. Two weeks ago I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. In the process i was presented with a proposal for brake work for over 700 dollars. This was not needed and I declined. After leaving I filledy tank checking my oil. Discovered tools left under the hood. 7days ago I traveled to Wichita returning I had a tire blow out. Upon going to a tire store it was determined that in rotating the tires the direction was reversed this was the cause of the failure. Lucky another tire didn't let go. Do not do business with Precision. I am keeping the tools. read more

They destroyed my drain plug. They had me wait 45 minutes then told me that they did not have the correct tool to remove it. I realized this when I went to another shop to have my oil changed. The employees were very unprofessional as well. read more

Excellent service and friendly staff. This local has been servicing my car since it was new. Never have had any issues. The manager is super knowledgeable on every make and model of vehicle and honest with suggested repairs. He always explains vehicle issues in a way that anyone can understand and gives alternative repair suggestions when available. read more

We have taken our cars here at this location for 15+ years they are really friendly, professional I trust them with all our car needs.

Went in for a simple oil change. I could see that there were quite a few cars in the parking lot, so I asked the person at the desk the wait time. He said that he would have me in within 15 minutes, and out the door in 45 minutes. I decided to proceed with the oil change. After sitting in the waiting room for an hour and 15 minutes, I looked out the window, and my car was not even inside yet. I went to the counter, said I need my keys as I have to leave (I was on my lunch hour). I was told my car would be the next in, but I'd had enough. I understand being busy, but I don't appreciate being mislead about the wait time. It's a cheap place to get your oil changed if you have all day, I suppose. read more

Absolutely no complaints with this Precision location. I originally went to the location on 63rd and May for an oil change but they told me it would be a three hour wait. I brought my car to this location on 23rd and Meridian instead and they told me it would be 30-40 minutes. I received a call in around 20 minutes that my car was ready. They also offered $3 off on the day I came in and my total was $21 for an oil change. In addition, I received $3 off my next oil change for checking in on yelp. WIN. read more

These guys are amazing and super friendly. I drive to oklahoma every weekend trying to secure my across state move from Texas. While it's only a 2 and a half hour drive, it puts a lot of wear and tear to my already old Vw beetle. Walked in with a broken heater and extremely over due for an oil change and two hours later spoke to a mechanic who told me what was wrong with my heater and fixed as much as he could for free for me. He only charged me an inspection fee. These guys are super sweet and really care. Their customer service is superb. I'll definitely be coming back to them in the future! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. My husband took his truck in yesterday for an oil change and paid for the "upgrade" to include tire rotation, fluid top off, as well as replacing the windshield wipers. After waiting an HOUR, they pulled his truck around and told him it was ready. He noticed right away they hadn't rotated his tires (bc last time he was there, they put one of them on backwards and it was obviously in the same place), but decided to let it slide since it was dinner time and he had already worked a 10 hour day. He made it halfway home and realized they had kept his wheel key.. so he turned around and went back to pick it up. Unfortunately, it wasn't until he made it all the way home again that he checked everything else. Oil level was fine, and they did actually replace the wiper blades, but fluids were not topped off and tires not rotated. He decided to return to the shop to ask for a refund (since he had paid for the "upgrade" service and did not receive anything close to an "upgrade"). The shop hand only rebutted once and quickly gave a refund since there were several customers in the waiting room and he didn't want them to hear my husband continue to complain. This morning, my husband got up to go to work and was greeted with a puddle of oil that runs down our entire driveway. The oil level in the truck is so low we can't even drive it to pick up more oil. Now, not only do we have to figure out how to remove A LOT of oil from our driveway and replace the oil (which apparently we just should've done ourselves in the first place), but my husband has been penalized for being late to work and I will miss an entire's day work since he had to take my car.
