At the appointment I am told I MUST have an ultrasound done because that is the process another $260. The Arlington NP Tran was very adamant that I am wrong on my past experience and the process. The impression I got was that I am dumb, I must be remembering incorrectly, and I just need to accept this is the process. If the NP does the procedure which is spider veins only it is another $450. From the beginning, it would be three appointments and this is for 30 minutes only. I was awaiting a prescription to be sent to my pharmacy for two weeks. I was surprised to receive a phone call from Envision Imaging regarding a test I needed to complete. I was told this was ordered by the doctor. Days later, I was called by the doctor's office and told I needed to have this test done before my insurance would pay for the prescription. At my appointment, Dr. Sperry and I agreed that I would wear a heart monitor for 2 weeks and that I would receive a call in two weeks to have it put on. After 4 weeks, I had heard nothing and called the office. They found one and I went in and had it put on. It didn't work, so I took it back. I was called by Noi, the only person I had any luck with and told she had another and just to stop by and have it put on. I called a couple of days later to ask about coming by during my lunch hour to get it and was rudely told Noi isn't there at lunch and that won't work. I was not even asked what time my lunch break is. It happens to be during office hours. So, after all of this, I got nowhere. My primary care prescribed what I needed and I moved on. The first time to see the doctor and the second time for an Echo test. For the doctor, mine is Dr. Hoeting. She really is great. She is a very pleasant person that listens and actually has a since of humor. I got luck when I was assigned to her at the hospital. For the Echo test I had a tech that did a great job at not rubbing my OUCH areas too rough although she had to.

I asked to be on a wait list and to be called when afternoons opened up. I never got a call. Called 2 weeks ago to get an appointment and after being on hold for 20 mins, I was able to get an appointment. I showed up for my appointment and there was a hand written note that the clinic was closed. I never got a phone call to cancel my appointment. I called the main number and was rescheduled with no explanation to what happened. Showed up today- sign on door says closes. Once again, never received a phone call but did get a text to remind me of my appointment time. I called the main line and they have no idea what is going on with this clinic.

The Doctor and his staff told me to come in. He spent a lot of time with me and then gave me a complimentary ultrasound. It turns out that everything was ok (what a relief). I offered to pay them out of my pocket and they told me that the first consultation is always free. I saw several people in the waiting room, and they all seemed to be getting great attention, plus they didn't have to wait long. It's such a refreshing change from all the other doctor's offices.
