I believe there was only one time that I had to wait over 10 minutes past my appointment time. Otherwise, I was placed into the treatment room. Once I've been placed in the treatment room the doctor came in 3 to 6 minutes after I was placed in the room. The procedure only took about 5 - 10 minutes and then I went on my way. When trying to understand the ongoing swelling in my leg, I attempted three separate times to schedule an appointment with the doctor. Each time, I was seen by a PA instead, without that being clearly communicated in advance. I was told it wasn't a significant concern and didn't need to be addressed. After seeking a second opinion from another vein specialist, I learned that the issue does, in fact, require further treatment and that the original treatment plan was not effective.

I just wanted to tell everyone how much I appreciate their professionalism, efficiency, courtesy, and mannerisms. Everyone was attentive, polite, and friendly. They made me feel at ease and they explained the process every step of the way. I was made to feel very comfortable during what could easily be anticipated as a high-stress procedure. The waiting lobby is comfortably furnished and they have complimentary bottles of water. On each day and at halfway through my appointments, I was sent out to eat a fatty meal which helps the chemicals show up during the scanning procedure. You'll find Whataburger, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Taco Cabana, and other restaurants within about a half mile, so you'll have plenty of choices and plenty of time to eat and return. Uncertain of our next move we put out the word for a second option. From Dallas, Dr. Sun took an immediate interest in my sons concerns. Within hours she had reviewed his information and was giving our family immediate measures to take. He was admitted to the hospital the next day. Doctors there found blood clots in his arm and did surgery the Following day. We were told that if this had not been addressed when it was, there was a very good chance Colton could have lost his hand, arm, or life.
