I cannot rate the as far as service; because nothing is completed in my dwelling yet. However, I will say I saw a driver being negligent while driving on the property I currently live on. Today I was walking back to my apartment after picking up my mail. I saw one of your drivers almost cause a horrible accident at the 4-way by the rental office. Your driver was on his phone and didn't stop to check if any other vehicles were coming. In this case it was, a black car and they hit their brakes very hard to avoid your driver who was not paying attention. He didn't display a gesture to apologize he kept going toward the rental office on the Bainbridge Mallard Creek property in Charlotte NC. The other driver stopped for a few and proceeded to the stop sign that exits the property. FTC implemented a new rule that real reviews cannot be removed nor can company's promise anything for a 5-star review. My review is what I actual observed today.

Starting with my call to Erica in the service department about my refrigerator. Erica was very understanding of my situation and very professional. Then the 2 technicians, Zach and Linton, who came on time then went to work on solving my issue. They explained everything they were doing as they proceeded to solve my issue. They charged a reasonable fee for their service. I was totally satisfied and impressed. They all represent old fashion local customer service and professionalism that is very uncommon today. Our customer had an oven cooktop that wasn't working even though it was brand new and never been…read moreused. LG sent out a tech to look at it and saw that mice had gotten into the machine and chewed the wiring harness. And that they would repair it after pest control had dealt with the problem. So I called B&B and they came out. We removed the cooktop from the range and they were able to uncover a mouse nest inside. Right away Bob said that this is huge health risk to the homeowners (Hantavirus). Unfortunately he said that due to the damage caused by the infestation, the oven was essentially dead. So the bad news is, they have to buy a replacement oven. But the good news is that B&B were quick and honest in the evaluation of the damage and potentially saved the homeowners from serious illness or death. Kudos to B&B!

I love this company. They understand that people work hard for their money. We needed a new…read moredishwasher but werent sure about the install. Our flooring was raised kinda like they built the kitchen around the dishwasher and we didnt want to take any chances. We called day and evening, they came out and looked at our current dishwasher and advised us on what to get....no charge. We go get the dishwasher, the day of install comes and day and evening come back. Unfortunate for us I bought a closed bottom dishwasher which requires a plumber. Instead of charging us for the 30 or so minutes they were here, they hooked us up with their plumber who will be here in the next day to install and didnt charge us for the trip out here. This is how you do business. They could of charged us for both trips out and with gas being $4 right now I would of understood that, but instead they said no worries and shook our hand. We have used this company a few times and they know they are our go to when SHTF and things like this is the reason WHY i'd never call anyone else to fix any of our appliances. They aren't out to get over on their customers or make a quick buck. They are there to do a job, do it right and do it fair and in 2026 that is often overlooked.
