I've been a rocky customer for years and years. I've never been mailed coupons then I'm told you have to do it through the app never done anything through the app was never told I had to do it through the app. They got a pile of coupon right there they just couldn't take the 15% off to satisfy a customer. Nope the help has zero personality. I will be shopping at Home Depot or Lowe's for now.

Their website said it could be ordered online, but then would not accept the order. The website specifically said that the product was in stock in the Vernon store. The product was not in stock. I asked to have the product ordered for me. I was informed me that the minimum quantity for an order was 48 items. I was not allowed to purchase a smaller amount. I asked if quantity for the store could be ordered and then put on the shelves so customers could purchase them. I was told they could not do that either. They have the product in their warehouse, they have a store, they advertise the product on their website, they say it's available at the store. It is not available at the store. AND they refuse to make it available. Why do they offer products for sale and then make it impossible for customers to buy them? Why do the Ace commercials claim prompt, courteous service, when I certainly did not get anything of the sort. And why do they expect customers to enjoy being treated this way? Do they really think they're going to prosper and profit by offering products for sale and then refusing to make the transactions? And then they tell me there's nothing they can do about it, that's just the way it is, but actually, IT'S THE WAY THEY MADE IT. I will, as much as possible, avoid this establishment in the future. HOWEVER... delivery was scheduled... the driver called at 11:45 to tell us they would be there in 20 minutes. At 12:00 I received a text stating "they could not complete our delivery" and someone would call to reschedule. WHAT?? Well apparently, due to a storm, there was a tree down on a street in our neighborhood (not ours) and the drivers chose not to detour the ONE MINUTE it would have taken them to go around the block. They just called 15 minutes earlier... they couldn't call me back??? I immediately called the delivery number they gave me and was told the drivers could NOT turn around, and the next delivery date was several days out. I went above and beyond to prepare for this delivery... even putting the old refrigerator right by the door for them. The drivers must be in the business of losing money for the company... after this debacle we immediately cancelled the order and purchased elsewhere.

They call you with an automated call, which is supppse to give you half an hour to be on site, and then they might come as quickly as 10 instead and will insist the customer handle it and push to let them drop the skid somewhere undesirable... and when they say curbside, they mean "Bottom of the driveway" and if you aren't here fast enough too bad, enjoy hand bombing stuff an extra time in 90 degree weather. The staff is vigilante, ready to defend the errors that their drivers or staff make. They will try to make you feel like you don't know there policy and procedures well enough, even when you have been going to them for years. Not only will you still be super mad by the time the conversation is over, but nothing will be rectified and they will keep making mistakes and putting the blame on the customer.

In one day, I picked up all my kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathroom vanities, and other items such as sink faucets for under $3,000. Grossman's specializes in close outs and has a little less selection than the big box stores, but still has tons to offer. They have flooring, doors, windows, bathroom vanities, tubs, toilets, kitchen cabinets, countertops, and a ton more. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and will help you with any questions you may have. One of my cabinets arrived with a scratch, and the manager quickly ordered a replacement for me and gave me his store email so I could contact him as needed for my cabinet install.
