Leo at Preferred Auto Glass was incredibly professional and friendly. He came out to our home and replaced my broken windshield in about 35-40 minutes. My windshield looks brand new!! I had a small chip on the windshield of my other car and he filled it with residue to prevent it from cracking any further: and he did it free of charge. Called a few places and gotten quotes. Went to a location in Rialto and the guy gave me the run around. Ended up calling Preferred. His prices were a little higher but he came to my house and installed my windshield. It was an exact replica of the original I had on the car. Even replaced the rubber molding with no extra charge. Leo was amazing! My mom broke her rear window. I tried everywhere to see about getting it replaced. I was told by the factory that the glass was on national back order and they had no ETA as to when it would be available. We were referred to Leo by a family friend. He was a lifesaver! I called him and he was on top of everything looking around to find the glass. He called me back within a day and he found the glass! I called Preferred Auto Glass and they were able to come by within an hour of calling. I had them remove broken quarter glass and install used oem window I bought elsewhere. They were very prompt, called to let me know when they were close. They arrived looking professional and very courteous. Quick service and cleaned up after themselves. Had broken windshield on my truck a while back and gave preferred auto glass a call. They gave me a reasonable price and a time that the service person would be arriving. Once he arrived the guy removed the old glass and installed the new one and vacuumed my truck out. I have my Volt brand new since 2013. Love this car. Somehow the rear view mirror always wobbled. During warranty, it was looked at by the dealership in Puente Hills. Nothing could be done. Called my auto mechanics and he told me to go right away because his "glass guy" was there. Leo was his "glass guy." He took the mirror assembly apart from the windshield in a swift move, tightened "ONE" screw, and an annoying problem I had for the past 6 years was FIXED! Besides being very knowledgeable and experienced, what further earned my respect to him was that putting back the mirror assembly was not as easy but he didn't give up until it was done, even after I and my mechanic both had offered, many times, to take over and to give him a way out. read more

Leo replaced the windshield on my wife's 2017 SUV. The dealership wanted $700 for a new windshield + $300 to realign the windshield sensors. Leo replaced the windshield for about 1/2 what the dealer wanted, and no realignment necessary. I would definitely recommend him. read more
