This location is home to the Total Life Center that provides Adult Daycare. I am grateful for the Saturday Daybreak program, that allows me the peace of mind to practice self care as a caregiver to a parent with dementia. This program provides respite and reassurance. Mom can have a place she looks forward to visiting while I spend time running errands or having a much needed break from caregiving.
