It took 3 appointments and 9 weeks to get my orthoses ~90% correct and even still I'm not certain that I won't be taking these back in and asking for another redo. Be advised, this is not my first rodeo when it comes to getting custom orthotics, my feet have 12+ years of experience wearing them and they know what feels right. You know your own feet better than anyone else does, so you should listen to them. Speak up for them if it just doesn't feel right. If you want somewhere to respect you, your time, and take care of your needs. I would choose another clinic. I should've known better. What type of clinic closes completely from 12pm-1pm for lunch and don't answer phones? That's not customer service, they only want your money when it's convenient for them. Lack of communication and too many excuses in fulfilling order…read more i called and checked on my balance, i spelled out my name for the young woman i spoke with and she said i had a zero balance. A few days later i received a bill so i called them back. She said she must have misspelled my name. After paying the bill, i called my representative to order a few supplies. i told him i was not in a major rush, he said that was good because he was leaving for New York the following week. A few weeks later i called him to check on my order, he had forgotten to place it. A few weeks after that i called him again to check on the status of my order, he said they were waiting for my doctor to return a prescription they had faxed him. i was actually outside of my doctors office waiting to go in. i asked him if he had received a fax from Pacific Prosthetic's, he said he had not. After my appointment, i called Todd, my representative to tell him. He said he was sure the office had faxed it. They hadn't. On August 6, Todd called me, but i couldn't accept the call and asked that he leave a message. Later i checked my voicemails and there was nothing. With so much happening in my life, i forgot that he called. A few weeks later, i call Todd again to check on my order. He said he has had it since August 6. Plans were made for him to deliver my supplies, now over two months since i ordered them. But there was always an excuse. On September 2, Todd left me a voicemail saying he could bring over my supplies that week. Knowing i had several doctors appointments, i asked him to just leave them on the porch. At 6pm, September 6, i sent Todd a text and told him to cancel my order. He was able to reply back saying he planned to deliver the supplies the following Tuesday. i reminded him that he told me he was going to deliver them this week and please cancel my order. His reply ... "sure". No apology for all the delays and excuses. For these reasons, i cannot recommend Pacific Prosthetic. Now i have to start all over with another company.
