Just laid a few glue traps. We had even agreed to pay a higher fee since they were coming on a weekend. I thought that when they came back in 10 days for an inspection that they might offer some more advice. Guess what? They never came back. To add insult to injury they then sent me an email weeks later saying my bill was past due. I had given them my cc number to charge, but for some reason it didn't go through. They said they had called me about this, but I never received a call or voicemail. This was also the first email that I'd received about it. I was told to call and give them a new number but they never accounted for the fact that half of the services agreed to in the contract weren't provided. I still have rodent activity. Find someone else...

I was at the property for the entire window and about 11:30am called the scheduler as I hadn't heard anything. She indicated she can't get a hold of the technician but my property was next on his gps/job list. I then called back at 12:45 pm and was told it was taking longer at the previous job than anticipated so the technician wouldn't be available for another hour and a half - at the property approx 2:30pm. I had requested a review of the quote since the scheduled time was so off and was offered $25 dollars off (less than 10% of the quote). Jobs and projects take longer than anticipated all the time but it's not the responsibility of the customer to reach out when things are running behind.

Leonard was great as well. Only feedback: 1. Leonard didn't wear or bring a mask for either of my two treatments. I let him use my personal mask, but given his line of work, he really should have his own mask. 2. Leonard didn't follow up on a few items-- including identifying exactly what type of pest I had, but since I never saw any of the pests following his treatments, that was the least of my concerns. They still claim it wasn't necessarily their fault but that they were going through a staffing problem and we may have been one of the customers that was caught up in it.. Yes I received my full refund after a long hard battle but I still stand by my first review.. If you have squirrels, contact a wildlife professional not a pest control company even if they claim to have someone who "specializes" in squirrel removal...

I did some research and tried to get rid of them myself but it turned into a much larger project than expected. I called and asked for a ballpark quote over there Phone which they said they couldn't provide without seeing the area in question, but trust offered to put me on hold and checked back in a few minutes later to offer someone to come out within the next couple of hours. Not only did our tech Nick walk up to the door on time(!) But he also me know that we also had these bees in my mailbox post and he did a thorough check of all of the wood on my property, and found bees and homes in other areas of the playset I had missed the first time around. He was extraordinarily knowledgeable and took the time to listen and answer all of my questions and give me more info on how to prevent the bees from returning again. (Apparently carpenter bees are notorious for coming back again and again and again if you don't plug the holes too). I felt the pricing was fair and better than some of the other over the phone quotes I received. I really felt some of the other companies heard the words "children, playset & bees" and hair tried to take advantage of me/$$. I can't say enough great things about this company and Our Tech Nick in particular. I've already referred a few friends to them as well in the week that has passed bee-free.

It was set up very poorly and unprofessional, and we later found out he was in violation with the way the trap was set up. There was nothing to protect our roof shingles from the animal if the animal was ever caught, which in our case, the animal was NEVER caught. He placed a can of cat food inside the trap and then he returned without our knowledge and placed another can of cat food and left the old can of cat food inside the trap that stood inside the trap for over two weeks, so you can only imagine the insect maggots that accumulated. Learning that he actually started out building custom homes as the basis for his knowledge was reassuring. And also learning how he got started in the home inspection business and grew into becoming an entrepreneur was intriguing. I appreciated how forthright he was about how he was initially trained. Even more importantly, I could tell he was working on the report the very next day and got it to me by lunch. It was a less than 24 hour turnaround. And, I liked that the format of the report was organized by areas of the home but then also included a full summary at the end.
