Great service! Blake came out to help with our mice problem. We started with some traps to see if…read morethat would resolve the issue. Sadly, it did not. We had to do more. We called Blake out again to which he set more traps, identified entry points around the outside of the house, and sealed everything up. He was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. He showed us what he was doing and why. I personally love when I learn the "why". After sealing up the house, he came back 2 weeks later to check on the traps and see how things were going. Their service comes with a solid warranty and any new critters we encounter, just give them a call and they'll come out to check, diagnose, and fix. It's not the cheapest to get your house sealed up, but worth it with the extra home visits and warranty. Highly recommend!

Called and at first, they stated they didn't do that removal and cleaning and referred me to "Critter Control." The reason that I called Orkin since I called "Critter Control" who quoted me a price of $1900 for removal and cleaning and another $1300 for mitigation services which is excessive. Orkin agreed to a price of $350 and on 8/15 to come between 1000-1200 on 8/18. Never sent a contract. Never showed up and I texted the Orkin contract person x 2 and call voicemail x 3. Finally called the Naperville office (630-449-7236) and was told I was not on their schedule (I never signed the contract which was never sent) and I was told that the person that I was texting was not working on 8/18. I was told they could come on 8/19 but when I asked for a $50 deduction for my time of waiting for the appointment, I was told no way. Will never use Orkin nor Critter Control and I did it myself.

For the spring treatment, they sent someone who had never serviced us before. He sprayed wet TERMIDOR SC pesticide all over the porch. I raise monarchs on my porch - that did not happen this year because all my cats died. This makes me so sick and sad. So my review is Chemwise is good when you have an infestation of pests such as mice; their treatments will help. But do not ever get any outside treatment from them if you care about pollinators like monarchs. I thought their treatments were gentle. I don't know what I was thinking .......

Chem-wise still can't treat or kill them. They have been back multiples after I found the location and they never resolve the issue. So I had the come back last week to retreat for the flies and they did a service ok top of that without asking or if was ok with me. Again this treatment was never told it was going to happen nor did I approve of it. I called the office and all they said was "well we treated your property". Well I didn't approve of the service and I am not sure if want to keep them since they can't resolve the issue. So be careful of them just showing up to your house and treating it without your permission. They don't care and just want your money.

I paid $2k plus to have an exclusion done to my home, which was improperly done the first time and had to be done a second time. You will never have the same tech twice. One of the techs who came to my home reeked of cigarettes, was condescending to me, and frankly, scared me. Another, thought he had a "dumb housewife" on his hands and showed me photos of someone else's attic and then tried to scare me into signing a contract for a $7k job. Many times, the techs just don't even show up. The Terminix website will show an arrival window of two hours, but when your tech doesn't show within those two hours and you call the customer service, they tell you the window was FOUR hours. And then they don't show up anyway. Needless to say, I'm nearly a year out and I STILL HAVE A MOUSE PROBLEM.

I have been charged on my credit card every month for services I never authorized. On top of that, my service is supposed to be every six weeks, but they went over eight weeks without contacting me or scheduling a visit. I finally had to call them myself, and they scheduled me for the very next day (Saturday). Because of the bug problem around my home, I canceled my plans to go out of town so someone would be home for the appointment. My yard has become so infested that my dog was bitten by something under his eye, causing it to swell to the point he could barely open it. Saturday morning I received a text saying the technician would arrive within 30 minutes. Nearly an hour later, I received another text saying they were not coming at all. When I called customer service, I was told the earliest they could reschedule was the following Wednesday. They were already two weeks overdue, continued charging my card, and then canceled at the last minute with no real solution. To make matters worse, my neighbor experienced the same thing, so this doesn't appear to be an isolated incident. The service clearly isn't effective either--I still have mosquitoes everywhere and more bugs than ever. Charging customers while failing to provide the agreed-upon service, canceling appointments at the last minute, and leaving customers waiting for weeks is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and find a pest control company that actually shows up and stands behind its service
