Pizza was very good good price as well, and fast service. only bad i have to say is that pizza need a bit more pepperoni, my pizza had more cheese then meat. other then that the bread is pizza is great even the crust at the end was delicious. Stumbled upon Pronto's Pizza one day because my washer had broken and I went to the laundry mat that was next to pronto's. Since I had a lot of things to wash around lunch time I got hungry and smelled some tasty pizza. I went next door and bought the $5.00 pizza and it was hot and fresh and delish! I have since gone back when I'm craving pizza. I'll usually order just a pepperoni but with extra sauce. If I call it's done within 10 minutes. They do have nights/holidays/big sporting events when they are just packed. But I like their pizza's and have always had a good experience. read more

There food is GREAT. This is only my third time coming here food & prices are great! NO COMPLAIN there. I did however deal with the "Owner" and his disgusting attitude and witnessed how he mistreated one of his employees while the shop was filled with customers . I suggested he be a bit nicer about the whole situation and told him he should not reprimand nor speak to his employees in such a manner in-front of paying customers, totally disrespectful to all of us . He then proceeded to ARGUE with me we legit went at it for while and then once my transaction was processed he once again tried to argue with me . Clearly this dude has NO ethical values nor customer service skills . Really sad how because of his attitude and the way he carries himself he pushes his customers away . BOSS UP DUDE ! You clearly don't know how to manage the customer service part of your business nor do you know how to treat your employees . Its REPUGNANT ! I just wrote a very negative review of the location in Pico Rivera because of a horrible experience with their customer service. Came here because I was in the area. What a night and day difference. Employees were polite, efficient, friendly. Everything that the Pico Rivera location on Telegraph Road was NOT! Much better experience. It's pretty cheap(about $6 for a pizza with tax included) good and quality is much better than the Little Caesar's down the street. Bread is thick and not thin, cheese and sauce quantities are perfectly fine(not too much or too little for what you pay). I recommend trying it out at least once. Service is not bad either , the nice ladies help you out quick if there's a lot of people buying. read more

Best Bargain Pizza on Earth!!! ...I gave it 5 stars for rating a bargain pizza place. But even then it's still better than Pizza Hut, Papa John's, and Domino's. Small location so show up early on weekends if you want to avoid the huge line I came across cus they don't deliver. read more

Pronto Pizza at downey has both great customer service and delicious pizza. I was overall satisfied with my experience; the cashier Blanca was extremely friendly and very helpful with placing my order. Maybe I'm not a pizza expert but I can honestly say I like Pronto's pizza better than Little Ceasar's and Costco pizza. Whenever I needed to pick up a couple pizzas to take to a family gathering, I would stop by Little Caesar's. No more. My new pick up spot is Pronto's. Whenever I'm in Downey I buy a pizza here. The crust is edible, in fact, great, and the whole pizza overall, is very good "for the price", it's either $5.25 or $5.50 for a large pepperoni. I've gone to the Pronto's in La Habra, same great pizza, same consistency. Hope they open a Pronto's near me soon. read more
