Meh! 12 Inch Cheese Pizza with Black Garlic Sauce- For as much as this pizza is hyped, it totally fell short. The dough was bad. It wasn't a thin NY style, and it wasn't a thicker hand tossed style. It was somewhere in the middle, and just didn't work. It was extremely chewy and not in a good way. It reminded me of how my homemade pizzas turned out when I first started out and used some dead yeast. It was like the dough didn't rise properly, no crunch on the bottom, and hard to get through. The black garlic sauce wasn't even that good, either. It was pasty and didn't even have a "garlic" punch to it. I powered through the whole pizza as to not waste food, but it was one of the worst pizzas I can remember ordering from a non chain establishment. Not sure how this place gets 4 and 5 star reviews. 99% sure I would never come back. Too many other Mom and Pop places that serve way better pizza.
