I tested what I have for colorfastness, but I can't test what they use. Because this is a mobile service without a storefront, I asked if I could have the owner's name and to confirm that this business was licensed and insured. The person I'd been emailing with then started calling my phone. When I picked up, he was asking "why are you insinuating we aren't a legitimate business?" and "you can look up everything as a public record." I was like "hey, relax, because of your business model I need to confirm that you are a licensed and insured business. Just email me the owner's name and the address for the business office." I was trying to calm him down, and he kept amping up the conversation until I finally got off the phone. I then got a lengthy email from the owner declining to service my car because I had asked whether they were insured. This is just a weird way to act when all I requested was some information that would allow me to confirm that this was a licensed and insured business.
