I've used Premier Auto Glass Glass three times so far including twice this year through my auto insurance glass deductible and each time they were fantastic. Easy to schedule an appointment with, they show up on time and have not had a problem afterwards. The most recent was last week. Since Marcos did a real nice job with a job previously and has 27 years experience I asked for him when it was time to replace a windshield that had rust on the roof bordering the windshield as this would be more difficult. The work was completed quickly; I needed to wait an hour to let the adhesive dry. 1/27/17 - Large sheet of ice came off one of their vans. Called company and receptionist insisted there was no ice on any of their vans nor were any on Route 15 in Sparta. When we reiterated that we were right behind their van, she again was insistent that it couldn't possibly be them. Thank goodness there was no damage but is this how you expect to get new business? You just lost 3 potential customers with that kind of response!!! Very poor service!!! read more

They were on the line with me throughout my glass claim process and offered some helpful advice. My car was in my office parking lot and the service associate met me there. I am giving 1 star only because of how yelp describes 1 star reviews. Was thinking 2 stars only because the job was done fast and done quite well, despite the fact I had the least problematic crack ever. Easily fixable with the resin. I drove my car to the shop since it's very close to home. My biggest pet peeve and I believe to be a complete disregard for people's vehicles is how they guy who did the work went about it. He pulled my car in and started working on it. After a few minutes of looking through the door into their bay, he told me i can come back there and watch, no problem. I appreciated that and did the job quite well. The problem was what he did with this case that holds the whole kit to repair the crack. He placed it on the hood of my vehicle without putting any rags on the car to protect the clear coat. He scuffed the clear coat not to mention he leaned over the side of the vehicle quite a number of times without even putting some sort of rag or anything over the fender. Definitely not the place to go if you have a bmw (like I had) or any car for that matter that you tend to keep in god shape. Regardless of how dirty a client brings the car, you shouldn't assume he doesn't give a shit to keep it in nice condition. I did not tip him at all. I won't ever return for any repairs or windshield replacements or anything. I advice any and all future potential customers to rethink their decision on choosing this shop as their place for windshield crack/chip repair or replacement. Now I HAVE to go to a detail shop to clean the vehicle and buff out the marks on the hood which take up a space of 1.5ft x 1ft, drivers side by the windshield. Complete disregard for that. read more

I had a great experience. My insurance company told me that someone from Premier will be contacting me and within a few hours they did. They gave me a scheduled time and were there exactly when they said they would be and called me 30 min. before arriving to let me know they were on their way. Accidents happen and unfortunately something they used got on my car seat and it got all over my pants. I called the office letting them know what happened. The girl I spoke to was very polite and told me her boss would contact me in the morning. First thing in the morning I received a phone call and the gentleman was very apologetic. He told me he would come between 10 and 12 to clean off the car seat because its a special solution they use and only these wipes remove the residue. He was there when he said he would be, again apologized cleaned my seat and reimbursed me for my pants! Now that's what I call customer service!!! I would definitely recommend Premier.
