At other mechanics, I've had businesses including BMW corporate dealerships quote me a price without even performing full diagnostics and try to charge thousands for stuff that wasn't even causing the problem. Henri worked with BMW for more than 20 years, and it shows in how he diagnoses, quotes, and completes repairs. Henri has diagnosed problems on-site and remotely for me, and performed repairs that worked. He has never tried to charge me for something I didn't need and always been more than fair with pricing when material items like re-wrapping electrical wires came up as necessity, mid-repair. I would never take a performance car with a lot of complex inner workings to any other mechanic if it could he avoided. I can only afford to have honest mechanics do work on this car, and Henri's the best I've found after giving 4 corporate and 3rd parties a shot.
