What stood out to me is that they truly make time for you. It does not feel like one of those offices where they are juggling multiple patients at once and the dentist is working on 3 people at once. The cleaning was great as well, and although I forgot the tech's name, she was thorough and quite informed. I'm def going back for my cleanings with this tech. My care with Dr. Janice felt especially thoughtful and focused. She kept me informed every step of the way and clearly explained the risks and benefits of different treatment options. I really value that, because many dentists do not give the full picture unless they are trying to steer you in a certain direction. Here, the discussion felt balanced, transparent, and aligned with what I already understood about my dental history and what I had previously been told might happen. I was also impressed that she understood my situation before I even had to explain it fully. A lot of the time, I find myself filling in the background first before a provider adjusts their view. That was not the case here. Highly recommend this office if you are looking for a new dentist. I already had Invisalign underway with another provider, but otherwise I probably would have done it here.

Even when I told them they made a mistake on their end they didn't try to reconcile, rather told me to either keep what THEY HAD DOWN or schedule another appointment on a diff day. Mind you these appts are generally done 6months out. So forget it, I was already up the fence about coming back since Covid day but bc Dr. Tong is a nice dude, we decided to keep coming back. Updated review!…read more Still a 5 star experience! It's been 5 years since I have gotten Invisalign and I have no regrets. I have been using retainers/nightguard since then and because I'm a serial teeth grinder. It's pretty bad. Fortunately, these retainers have saved my teeth. I have worn down a lot of my retainers and I am able to get replacements here at a reasonable time. They usually last 1-2 years depending on how bad I'm grinding. The retainers are comfortable to sleep in. Customer service is prompt, professional, and organized. They are flexible with scheduling and very accommodating. I also appreciate the reminder texts. Always a pleasant experience here and Dr. Maulik and the rest of the staff are very welcoming and nice. The clinic is clean and inviting. The location is convenient and near other stores and eateries. There really is nothing to complain about. Thankfully, they accept my HSA insurance payment, which makes it stress-free for me. Highly recommend them!

With everything going on and the prices of gas and good skyrocketing, this was perfect! Both of their offices are well kept, and the environment and people are just amazing! I have to say that this was life changing. Not only did they fix my teeth, that gave me a smile. And that in turn boosted my confidence to heights that I never thought possible. And not only that but since I had invested in my teeth, it also helped me quit smoking since I wanted nothing more than a beautiful smile. Dr. Alexander was always gentle when handling my mouth (which was a big concern since I had very sensitive teeth after years of poor decisions). He was well knowledge that when I first started he could tell that I wasn't always using my dental bands and would remind me in a way that he knew that I lied but pretended to believe me and just kept reminding me until I realized the importance. Definitely a great way to encourage kids to do so. We would also always trade stories about our wrestling/Jiu Jitsu days while we would complete his routine checkup on me. He's the kind of man that you know was an excellent dad and role model. Dr. Drew is just like his dad. Knowledgeable even for his age and always went through great lengths to make sure that my aligners were on point and that my treatment would progress on time and with zero issues. After every checkout Dr. Drew made sure that there's no issues nor concerns with the new set of trays and had in and out the door ready to tackle my busy schedule. I think that the ladies would see him as that dreamy orthodontist that they'd want work on them. He's definitely a really chill guy. Leslie was one of the best! Always made sure that they could squeeze me in despite my hectic schedule. They knew that my work life was busy but had no idea what my personal life was like but always made sure that they had time to take me in, even if it was a tad bit out of the way for them. After she found out that I was taking care of my terminally ill mom, she would always ask how she's doing and how we're keeping up. That kind of support mid day would help anyone get through their day. Lee was definitely one hell of a RDA. I think my treatment went as well as it did because of his sharp eye. I wouldn't know that a bracket would be out, and I would always assume that it's because I would have new aligners and they just need to be bit on a bit harder and longer to settle. But Lee always found the flaws and made sure that every time I left the office my aligners were set properly. His skill in removing the remainder of the broken bracket and replacing it was definitely top notch! Probably one of the most valuable assets that they have there. And it was always dope hearing about his sons games win or lose. By the way that he always spoke about his son you can tell that he's really loving and proud. Emily was just a great as Lee every time that she took over. Very gentle to the touch. She would entertain me by telling me about her tattoos and what they stood for. It was a shame that most of my scheduling was when she wasn't available. But it's okay because their team was just soo confident that any member could replace the other and my treatment would still have the same outcome. Amazing! I'm definitely going to miss seeing the lovely jessica and hearing what new hikes and adventures that she's going to get into next. I'll always remember that she was the one that encouraged me to get my teeth fixed, and it definitely changed my life. I'll forever be grateful. Her smile was always welcoming. I even remember telling her that I liked her smile and she was like, "I have Invisalign too! Look!" Jennessa was fairly new to the office (I assume) by the time that my treatment was finished. He also never pushes you to do anything extra, and is always upfront about costs and what insurance will cover. I always enjoy chatting with him, and I really appreciate that he uses numbing gel on my gums before cleaning (when I tell him I have sensitive gums). The office is generally clean, and it's nice that you can watch Netflix on the TV overhead. However, I feel that his front desk staff/hygienists have really gone downhill. Over the past couple of years, they have been pretty unfriendly whenever I come in. They also get annoyed/frustrated at me when I have trouble doing X-rays; they just kept shoving the apparatus forcefully into my mouth over and over again even when I keep gagging (and they actually cut the corner of my mouth). Finally when Dr. Q came over he showed them how to do it properly without causing a gag reflex. The last straw was when I had bad pain in my upper gums and I tried to make a followup appointment with his front desk staff; the lady I spoke to actually said I just needed to "brush better" and was very reluctant to make an appt for me initially. Another one of his staff said I probably "chew too much on that side of my mouth". I felt pretty insulted being dismissed by his staff like that, when the actual problem was I had an impacted wisdom tooth that needed to be removed asap (as Dr. Q informed me). I might consider switching dentists soon if I keep getting treated like this by his staff, even though Dr. Q is a great dentist.
