After all the runaround I finally got an appointment 2 weeks after my first attempt at an appointment. Dropped the car off, got the estimate, they let me use a coupon. Very nice and easy process. Told me it would be about an hour. It ended up being almost 3 hours, I panicked because I had to get to work. I called to check the status and was put on hold and gave up after 12 minutes and figured it still wasn't ready. Eventually they called 2 hrs 45 mins later and it was done. Good in person, bad online and on the phone.

No matter when I called, Nick would always answer and be eager to help. He would go above and beyond to give me more than one option because SUV tires are NEVER cheap. When I discovered they had a location in Cheektowaga, I was estatic! It's closer, and they guarantee tires as well as fix flats. Well, the experience I had ordering tires from Walmart recently had me again needing to order another lug nut lock key because they have either lost it or damaged it in the past. So I have the tires delivered to Walmart and have an appointment just before Christmas. Once again, they call and tell me the lock remover is broken, and I need to take it to the dealer to get it removed. I noticed a few weeks ago that there is a Tread City in Lockport. I decided to give them a call to see if they can somehow get the lock that is stuck on. I speak to Adam, and he is as nice as can be. He tells me to come in before a certain time to assure me enough time for him to get it done. He comes and explained he can take them off, but he may have to replace the locks with regular lugs to avoid the problem. They take care of everything in a matter of minutes, and all is well. This tire shop is sharing a building with show plows and other sales items. But it's nice and clean.

Had it towed to the nearest Mavis (Williamsville) where they patched the tire again for free. A couple days later, it was low on air. I was in Buffalo and went to the Mavis on Delaware Avenue. They said the patch had been done from the outside and should have been done from the inside. They showed me the tire was shredded inside and said I was lucky it didn't blow. Then they sold me another tire. I'm so pissed off. I hate having 3 of one tire and 1 of another, not to mention all my time wasted being stuck on the side of the road!

I went to pick my car up and none of the work had be done, and if it was not for a mechanic still remaining in the shop I would not have been able to have him call durf to get things done. When durf arrived and I explained to him what the problem was, he took my car into the back of the building stating it would be ready for me briefly. When he brought it back out he had just advised me that he had removed my brand new fully synthetic oil and put in Quaker steat garbage with a new filter and was charging me $86. When I told him he had just dumped $90.00 of oil and a $23.00 oil filter in the garbage that didn't even have 50 miles on them, he laughed and stated "Oh well your loss!!!". I told him that he knew what the car was there for and had done something that was totally not asked for, he just laughed again and said pay your bill and get your car out of here. I told him I wasn't paying because I did not ask for it and he told me that I could pick up my car when the bill was paid. Had I had more time (because I was leaving to go out of town to Georgia that afternoon) I would have called the cops and had them sort the mess out. To sum up the story don't trust them with anything if you value your vehicle and your wallet. Needless to say very bad service, a very crappy business attitude, as well as a thief to anybody he feels he can push around due to their age or sex. I surely would have gave them a negative five if it was available, but the application made me give them at least a one star.

Well, let's see... I first took a motorhome to Hillmans for…read morea "pre-purchase" inspection that was apparently never done, as when I had to remove the engine cover weeks later, there was an animal next, obviously old, on top of the engine block. Hillmans told me the unit was in good shape. 2 weeks later, returning from our second camping trip (local, thank goodness), we overheated. Since I had already scheduled service for a generator that kept stalling and a refrigerator that didn't get cold (thanks for the "pre-purchase inspection...), I added that to the list. After two days, I called for an update and was told the radiator needed to be replaced. Three days after that, I cancelled my scheduled camping trip due to not having a motorhome to go in. I was told the new radiator was $1500.00 but they could send the old one out for a re-core. A week after than, I again called for an update and they claimed to have not heard from the radiator shop but my generator had been repaired and the refrigerator was cold. I expressed my displeasure that Hillman had not called me and that I had to keep calling for updates. Long story short, they never called me until I called complaining and, after two weeks, I had a new radiator and a refrigerator that still wasn't cooling. The generator was untested. Ricky at Hillman told me he'd price a new reefer and get back to me. Still waiting for that call. Meanwhile, the motorhome has been leaking transmission fluid in my driveway and any other place the unit has been, the generator continues to stall and I finally got the reefer working myself. The motorhome is now at another shop, and the first question I got was "who put this radiator in? All the transmission lines are cross threaded and leaking". I paid Hillman $3,000.00 for all this work and the only thing I got was excuses and a poorly installed radiator. Lesson learned.... 10/8 - Update from the shop fixing what HIllman didn't: ""Good evening Bob, just letting you know I literally just closed the hood on your RV & it's all set for pickup tomorrow....Please give me an idea when you're going to come by and pick it up.... We will talk then about going after the place that did this terrible butcher job." and "but we definitely need to get your money back from those hacks."

this is by far the most trustworthy and reliable shop I've ever gone to. they are very good with communication, have very good/reasonable rates, have high quality work, and are always personable and straight to the point. Since I have gone there, I've never taken my car anywhere else and would highly recommend this shop to everyone. They are well versed in newer and older cars, and are very thorough with every car despite their booked schedule. every employee I've spoken with is very knowledgeable and honest. The woman who answered the phone, who I later learned was Roxanne, refused to provide even a general price range. She told me they don't give prices over the phone and that I would have to make an appointment. When I politely asked for her name, she hung up on me. I called back and left a message explaining what had happened and asking to speak with Larry or Everett. Instead, Roxanne called me back. Rather than listening to my concerns, I felt she talked over me, raised her voice, and insisted she had not been rude. I repeatedly asked her to stop yelling at me. During this call, another business owner named John was listening on the line and heard the entire conversation. I called a third time and finally spoke with Everett. He told me Roxanne was his wife. Instead of listening to my concerns as a customer, I felt he immediately defended her and showed no interest in resolving the situation or apologizing for the way I had been treated. I own four vehicles and was looking for a shop to perform brakes, a four-wheel alignment, and a coolant flush--well over $1,000 worth of work. Because of the way I was treated, they lost not only this job but my future business as well. Good customer service starts with treating people respectfully. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Premier Car Care. I will gladly take my business to a company that values its customers and treats them with courtesy. PS I would've never written this review if Everett didn't dismiss me and said he stuck up for his wife who's bat shit crazy ruining his business.. all ever had to do was apologize and I would've never written this, but he didn't.

There is no such thing as a "30,000 mile maintenance with a 30 point check" or whatever said the son to me when we discussed what the dealer service told me. He cautioned me: that's a way for dealers to tell the auto naive of "problems" that do not exist. Then get you to pay for parts/service you don't truly need. "You fix things as needed at whatever mile" per the son. So I drove 7 miles clear opposite direction from my way home after work to give this place a try yesterday. It's totally worth the trip!! I will be taking my car there from now on hands down. It's a feeling of relief I've gained. Priceless. I got an oil change plus inspection done for around $52. Very fair in pricing. Give them a try. You will not regret. PS: I scoped out a florist across the street while waiting for my oil change...see my other review!
