Several other Carpet Cleaning Service people had been out before and not one had been able to clean the stains left by some of our animals. Dustin used a stain lifter that actually removed all of the animal stains! I'm so impressed with his service for this fact alone, but his personality is wonderful and he even warmed up to my shy 4-year old while working out all the dirt, stains, and animal urine. Although he did not make any promises about the urine elimination it seems to all be gone. When I had first contacted Dustin I needed it done right away for family visiting from out of town, so he offered contact information of one of his competitors who might have had an immediate time slot available - this showed me how customer focused the business owner is, and that I would be dealing with an honest person who would be candid with any questions I had. Premier did an awesome job with my carpets and tile. Friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to remove my darkest stains. He understood the chemistry behind the stains and left my house with a wonderful citrusy scent instead of that dreaded wet carpet/dog smell. My floors look like new and the amount of dirt that he scrubbed out of the tile before he sealed it was horrid. I'm completely embarrassed. The floors were dry within a couple of hours.
