We had a second…read moreappointment for a pickup, and he arrives demanding the check from the first pickup a couple weeks prior. I informed him that we mailed the check to his office the week prior. He said, while wearing glasses indoors, avoiding eye contact, and speaking sternly, and "I ain't picking up anything until I get payment from the first time." I said, "Are you sure you haven't received it, or can you check to see? We always mail them directly to vendors." He said "I wouldn't be asking if I did." If that was the case, he could have mentioned that he hasn't received payment and can't schedule a pickup until he does. Easy fix. Instead, he wasted both our time. Do yourself a favor - look up another company to call. P.S. I found out that he was in communication with our office a couple days prior to this interaction - where he admitted to moving their office address! So the address they provided (for mailing the check), was wrong! If he knew of this predicament - I'm even more confused why he came in so upset/rude.
