After telling me the job would take ~3 days, he left the second day without all the old tile even being removed. He came on the third day, and then left at noon to get lunch or something. He never came back. He said he would drop something off that night, but never did. He never answered his phone again. I paid him 2/3 of his price and he disappeared without even having the old tile fully removed. It cost me more than his initial quote to have someone else come and finish the job. I don't think this business exists anymore, but just in case, I'm going to leave this review to say DO NOT HIRE this contractor. And if you do, do not pay anything in advance.

Called the company to replace a damaged screen door to a screened in porch that the company…read moreinstalled 5 years ago. Took a week to receive information back from the company. To replace the door they quoted $1,000.00. Ask for detailed information but wouldn't provide. My spouse called Dave but was very rude and hung up on my spouse. Called again and Dave stated that he was originally going to quote $1400.00 to replace the door but was giving us a deal. Asked more questions but Dave was rude again and hung up on my spouse. So looking for the door at Menards, The door cost was $309.00 less 11% rebate. Took me an hour and 15 minutes to replace. So Dave was going to charge us almost $700.00 to install a like door. Talk about taking advantage of a customer. It would have been over $1,000.00 if he did the originals price. I would be doing business with someone else, one that does gouge the customer. Poor attitude and customer service!
