Drsawdust, We had a contract for which you charged me 19k for the work in my basement. The work was not done right and I reported to you via text (March 24) & email (April 4) with evidence from pictures showing the issues, and you promised to return this morning April 8 to repair and complete the work. However, you pretty much came this morning to harass me in my home - when I was showing you the issues with your work in the basement and you (especially Frank) kept saying you did "free work" for me and continued yelling after I asked you to stop saying that since I paid you in full for the agreed contract you provided for the work. Your behavior in my home this morning was very rude and disrespectful, and good thing I have it all on my home video cameras. At this point, I am demanding you return to complete the unfinished painting, drywall, and other work in my basement you were fully paid for - and without Frank this time, because i don't feel safe having Frank coming around my house disrespecting and harassing me. Otherwise, as stated on my previous email I will escalation this issue not limited to but including disputing those charges with my credit card companies for the uncompleted work, and will publish my negative experience on reviews of your business online via various social media platforms.
