Everyone is friendly and personable and talks to you like a friend they just saw last month, not just a couple times a year. They don't try to sell you thing you don't need or make you replace fillings before it needs to be done. It doens't (and never has) felt like a money grab where they tell you to do things that you don't need to get done. Unless you want to, I mean they won't talk you out of a teeth whitening if that's what you want. LOL The parking lot is a bit of the pain since it's one lane so you have to be careful to follow the rules and let the traffic coming in have the right of way, but you get used to it! Dr. Haim's care was excellent, along with that of his assistant Sarah. In the past, I had always had problems with novacaine not being directed in the correct location and lack of care from previous practitioners.
