I can't even describe. Every review you see about Mr. and Mrs. K, it's true probably a little worse. The virtual class is like having house guests from hell for 3 weeks, yelling at kids because they smile or look away or don't know what type of oil goes in my car. They made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. If you get a bad gut feeling from day one, trust it, they only get worse from there. If you value your child's education these people are not for you, they text your child in the middle of a school day. My whole family suffered for three weeks from this horrible experience. Mrs. K spends a whole hour talking about how they don't bully each other in class, I never heard anyone bullying except for her. Then she actually has the nerve to ask for tips after the kids drive. The final test day is in person, my child observed during the test another child's mask started to fall on his nose, Mr. K told him if it happened again he would fail( yes it's 2026 they take your temperature and make them wear a mask driving and at the test) . I found Dan very easy to work with but I can't give an honest good rating because looking at past reviews, all I see is this has been going on for a long time and nothing has been done to stop it. I am upset with myself for not reading the reviews before we paid the money. My child has now passed the class but still hasn't received his certificate. LHN recommends this company and I have heard great things from there, but if you are a LHN parent don't do the virtual class stick with the after school. If I could give no stars I would. I had a family emergency and the same day I scheduled my appointment I had to send my child's information. I didn't not get to it because of the emergency. The owner I presume was extremely rude, threatening if I didn't get the information to him by a certain time he was cancelling my appointment. I am glad this interatction took place to save myself time and money which he wants cash only so seems a bit shady to me. Road tests are a dime a dozen, choose a different place if you want to be treated with respect and have a positive experience. read more

If I could give no stars for the road test I would. The guy is not helpful, made my son feel stupid. Wanted to arrange time to bring my kid to practice parking in the cones and he would not accommodate with any type of schedule. Told my son to learn how to park on you tube and come back. Then we exchanged angry texts with each other. He proceeded to talk about me to someone else but instead of texting that person he accidentally texted me his kind remarks. Mr & Mrs K are super unique and funny people. They instruct in a fashion that I told our daughter she will always remember. The class portion was greatly informative and had my child ready to roll. The driving portion gave her confidence in rush hour traffic on the expressway, construction on Hall Rd and round-abouts! segment 1, 2 and her road test were handled professionally and thoroughly. Our first impression of these two lunatics was us standing outside in the rain while they were sitting in their nice warm cars while we signed up. From then on the class got worse, I smiled for a second on camera in class and was verbally barraged with insults from another century. I couldn't leave the camera for one second to let my dog in from the cold rain because I would have to wait another month to pass segment 1. They constantly argued the fact that I had a chip on my shoulder because my voice is deep. When I opened the car door for the first I knew that I had just entered hell. They used intimidation and anger methods to insure fear in the student while driving. They hate mistakes but their methods create more mistakes. I would not recommend selecting this school for anything driving related. read more

These two lunatics are absolutely a joke. They make it very, very clear that they are the most important thing and they don't care at all about your schedule. They put the schedule on paper, and then they change it as they go. The first week canceled Friday and made it Saturday the next week they changed the Friday time as they had a conflict. Understand you can't have any conflicts. You can't change anything, but they can. I would in no way recommend these people to anyone. read more

So, as some of you know I did not have my license, even though I am 22. I have always had a lot of anxiety with taking the road test, and just kept backing out. I finally had the courage to schedule my test. I was scheduled with Dan first, but had to change my date. He was super awesome about me changing and I had to switch to Keith to fit my schedule better. Keith is the best driving instructor. He was very calm, patient, and he even made jokes to make me comfortable. After passing parking, he went over some things he will test me on. He made me aware of what I could lose points on. He reminded me and helped me stay calm throughout the exam. He talked with me and my bf in the back with occasional jokes and helpful guidance. It was such an amazing experience. He had a kind heart and he is so understanding. If you have a cousin, sibling, friend, Tell them to go through Premier for the road test and even if they need practice first. I am so happy I found Keith. He helped me overcome my fears and I passed! read more

Mr. K. was a good driving instructor for segment 1. Mrs. K., on the other hand, went off on my daughter, because my daughter was so nervous and making mistakes. For the road test, DO NOT USE! Dave was almost abusive to my daughter. The more he raised his voice to her, the more mistakes she made. By the end of the test, she was barn-storming back to the parking lot. There are much better choices out there, trust me. We tried someone else a week later and she passed with flying colors! read more

I was in contact with the owner all summer confirming my son for class in September. I just got the rudest most unprofessional call from mr and mrs.k the instructors. They spoke to me like I was the child and just kept arguing with me. After a few minute phone call with these two lunatics I told them I would never have my son take their class because of their horrible attitudes. Im am so disappointed for my son but I would never feel safe having him in a car with these two rude crazy people. read more

Do not choose this school!!!! I can not begin to describe how terrible Mr & Mrs K are. They are still terrified about covid (4 years later!) They don't know the law and often misinform students of the laws in Michigan, they belittle and are rude to students, frequently lie, spend most of the instruction time on things that are not instruction, (e.g, "what's your favorite ice cream?") Treat students like they are toddlers, and many other terrible things. They will nag you constantly if you refuse to sign a wavier saying that your underage child can be in a car alone with them, and they are extremely rude and act like they are always doing you the favor. Again, DO NOT take this class!!! Literally anything else is better. Edit: I was the student. They told me that I failed my test even though I had indeed passed it. Should have known it was not good right away. Met in a parking lot to sign up and pay for class. Very rushed. Tried to have all children finish their behind the wheel driving in the first two weeks even though they have six weeks to complete it. Was told prior to signing up they had their own course to drive on and that's not true. My sons first day behind the wheel was his last day in that class. It was raining and they took him out on Groesbeck. The child never drove before and I believe he should have been in a parking lot getting comfortable. He had a panic attack and is now scared to drive. I will not use this company again when he is ready. I highly do not recommend read more

This cheap bunch of "adults" have no business teaching anyone, they are highly unprofessional and frankly kinda annoying. They quizzed my son on things that had nothing to do with driving. And were also extremely disrespectful to him for struggling at LEARING TO DRIVE in a driving class This is merely based on my what my son has told me and what I've witnessed in zooms, please do not send your children here. read more

This school is fine but it's the instructors mr. K and Mrs. K have something off about them. They ripped up my sons test for being a Michigan fan and they test you on stuff that has nothing to do with driving. read more

I loved my road test experience! I booked the day before and was surprised about their flexibility and responsiveness. Pete was an excellent tester--his directions were clear and easy to follow. I felt very comfortable taking my test with him. He gave good advice afterwards as well! I would definitely recommend taking your road test with them at their Clinton Twp location, ask for Pete! read more
