PARENTS BEWARE! When you pay for the class online their receipt does not give any details on how things were paid. (Most likely for a reason) I requested a refund due to a scheduling conflict and the man that I spoke with was rude. He said he doesn't see how I even paid for the class but I was sent a vague receipt via email and I have a bank statement to prove it was taken out. He said that I would be sent a refund "back to the original payment" within 5-10 days but I still have yet to receive it. I highly recommend going elsewhere. I tried to ignore feedback from other parents and students who have said awful things about this location but I guess I should have listened. read more

Instructors were very mean and rude they stop at almost every drive to go into a gas station to get food, they are always yelling and, on the phone, and there watching dramas. Horrible place. My son lost his segment 2 certificate, waited over a week for a replacement, made me make several trips and they wouldn't issue it. Finally got an instructor to issue the replacement certificate. Was supposed to be a $10 fee He tried charging me for the class al over again! Stay away from this place! TERRIBLE do not go here, the instructors do not do anything while you are driving. they talk on the phone and sing, provide little to no advice for how to actually drive. they are irresponsible for your belongings and do not manage classes. there were kids screaming and throwing papers while the teacher did nothing to stop it. it is all around irritating and frustrating. read more

this driving school is absolutely terrible!! Do not waste your money here!! The driver instructor was rude to his class on the FIRST day they came!!! No manners at all and acts like he is teaching a military class and seems to believe he can order them to do things. My daughter claims he is not very nice at all and not understanding. The main instructor on the other hand speaks very poor English and my daughter tells me when she drives with him and she cannot understand what he is saying he gets frustrated and causes her anxiety. While she is driving he is on his phone or on a PERSONAL phone call with another person speaking a different language and barely paying attention to her driving. She also explains to me that the cars are filthy and out of shape and smell "weird". The instructor burps in the car and asks her and the kids in the back questions they dont know because they weren't taught that and he gets angry and tries to get am answer out of them and when its wrong he makes THEM feel bad about it when they clearly told him nobody taught them the question he asked. The entire place is unsanitary and the only thing the teacher cares about is whether or not you push in your chair and line up the tables before you leave after a 2 HOUR class where you learn basically nothing and all you do is answer questions out of a binder and watch directional videos. The place is run by the main instructor with broken english and a couple teenagers. the cars are not safe at all and all of them are different when operating. Some wheels on the cars are heavy while others are loose, light and very delayed. The seatbelts in the cars are all twisted up and they take the kids phones during the entire drive. Overall my daughter said it was a very uncomfortable experience and we will not be coming back for her segment 2. Absolutely ridiculous and sadly unprofessional. If you want your child to drive their instructors around to run errands well than this is the place for you! They will have them drive to their homes so they can make themselves lunch or meet up with their cousins to chat for a while. They will also try to double charge you, well they did that to us at least. They speak very broken English and get mad at the students when they don't understand them. All-around frustrating experience. I do not recommend at all. Has to be the most unprofessional driving school in the area. I cannot for the life of me figure out how they are state certified. Makes me think about starting a driving school for a side job. I would be able to make extra money and have a driver drive me around for my personal errands. Lol read more

My daughter had her first segment here. The instructors have changed the times she signed up to drive 3 times. We have a very busy schedule, as most do, and for them to tell her when she is coming ridiculous. The material on the exam is not taught during class, so several people fail the first exam. The cars barely work, they leak and are filthy. Most often, while she is driving with the instructor, he is on the phone with personal calls and not instructing. read more

Every time I had to drive with him, he will go on his phone, take out his AirPods, and talk to or argue with someone on the phone, watch a movie, listen to music, or watch WWE!!! Worst decision i could have possibly made, the instructor is rude, barely speaks english (huge language barrier) and you can't understand him, hes always on the phone talking and i learned absolutely nothing! If there was a 0 stars option, I would've done it. My sister went to this school for her segment 1 class. She told me many stories about how unorganized, unsanitary, and unprofessional this place is. The instructor is always stopping the class time to take his PERSONAL phone calls, and taking class time to talk about his own stories that were irrelevant to the subject. She felt that the class was a self-taught one as all they did was watch videos and answer questions out of a book. The instructor did not teach anything; the only thing he would do is give the correct answers to the questions. When she had segment 1 which was the summer of 2020, the covid cases were still high, but the instructor seemed to not care for it as he never cleaned the tables or chairs after each class. He also didn't check the students temperature until an hour into the class. Although it is tough to breathe through masks, it is not impossible whereas the instructor does not think that as he always pulls down his mask and leaves it; not only is it in the class, but he does it in the car when the students are driving. My sister took the class with our cousin as well, so they would drive in the car with the instructor together. She told me that the instructor tends to yell at them for their mistakes instead of politely showing and explaining what they are doing wrong. At one point, he took over the wheel, and he drove donuts in the parking lot to show how he thinks they are driving. They said they felt unsafe and scared. Another problem that we encountered was that the instructor messed up my sister's name on the segment 1 certificate, and instead of grabbing a new one, he used white-out to fix it. When we went to secretary of state for her permit, they wouldn't take the certificate, so we had to go back to the school and wait a few days before getting a new certificate. We already had to wait 4 months for the secretary of state appointment, and if it weren't for the certificate problem, we wouldn't have had to wait another month to go to the new appointment. These were just a few of the problems that happened. Although the prices are cheaper than other schools, it is not worth your money. read more

This is the worst driving school ever! They barely speak English which makes it very difficult for the kids to understand what they are saying. They have a teenage boy who has to help interpret what's being said. He scheduled my daughter to drive for one hour with her friend and was over 40 min late. We never received a call or anything to let us know he was going to be late. He then wanted to take them out and he had a class scheduled to arrive at the same time! He was planning on taking them out and having my daughter just watch and not even drive after all of that! He signs them up for one hour but keeps the kids an hour and a half to two hours. He couldn't understand why I was upset or the other parent. There is a definite communication barrier. Don't waste your money! I opted to get a refund and go somewhere else.
