There are numerous seams throughout my hallway, that are ridiculously visible and the worse part is my bedroom, where the carpet doesn't even touch the wall. Carpet was installed on 9/21 and I was back on the phone with Bre, our salesperson the next day. She has been to the house to inspect and wasn't happy with the install. Keith, a different installer came by in Oct, but refused to put on a mask to speak to my husband, a 70% disabled veteran. We told him he could work without a mask, but to speak with us in our home, we requested he wear one. He refused and left. Don't let the nice storefront or friendly customer service faces fool you, their work is crap. I have to see it every day. Bre is no longer looking for solutions to correct their problem, she's but the whole experience on ignore and refuses to call. Go anywhere else to get your flooring!

The festool sanding supplies here are the best quality sanding products around…read more The issue with this store i had was their employee expertise is paint was greatly lacking relative to the high cost of their paint I tried to order an additional gallon of paint the same kind I had ordered just a week before. somehow, there was a miscommunication and what I needed over the phone, and I ended up getting a paint color slightly different than the other 2 gallons I had ordered. I didn't notice the difference until I had already started painting, and it caused a huge headache. This could've been avoided by having the information on our account and their system, more clearly accessible, or by having employees with more experience of the painting industry. I ended up getting one gallon of paint at no charge after much debate, but I've been painting for several years and never had something like this happen , if you use Miller paint, be very careful that you communicate exactly the kind of paint you need and ask them what specific information they need to get the right paint. I will never use Miller paint again after this experience.

I went out in our garage to get the can of…read moretouch up paint that was given to me 20 years ago by the painter that painted the house and applied the touch up paint. It was way off. Really yellow. The can of touch up paint had numbers on it and the label saying Sherwin Williams. I took this down to the local Sherwin Williams store and was greeted by Spencer, the assistant manager. He said could research the numbers and make the match. Really? 20 years later. He called the store that sold our contractor the paint and they researched the numbers and faxed him the paint formula. All this took about 10 minutes. Spencer got a can and mixed the new paint and on top of it gave us a contractor discount, cause "that's who originally bought the paint" from them. We walked out of the store 20-25 minutes later really pleased with the service we were given. Came home and the paint matched!! WOW!! I didn't think service like that existed anymore. Thank you very much Spencer!!

I called store on 6-29 to check on order and was told it would be here around 11am. I went to store around noon and Joe was at lunch so another person at the contractor desk tried to locate and couldn't find anything on order so he called distributor and they had no record of order. When Joe got back from lunch he called us and said the product was received by distributor damaged so it wasn't sent. When I asked Joe how come distributor had no record of order he told me that they deleted PO and he had to issue new PO to them. I don't think Joe ever ordered the material to begin with... Honestly I went to QXO because I wanted to give them some business instead of HomeDepot but regret it now. I'd like to receive a call from the general manager at QXO regarding this but I'm not holding my breath.

As you can CLEARLY see, there is nothing that states what is the selected kind that is eligible for the discount. The picture advertised shows the "spread" as eligible so I assumed it was eligible for the discount but the manager Zoe would not honor the POSTED sign stating that if it doesn't ring up as a promo it doesn't count. Well, how as a paying customer am I supposed to know? I am DONE spending my money at this store and will shop at Home Depot from here on out!
