I've bought two vehicles from Premier. The sales guy was quite good the first time. But by the time I was ready for the second one he had become quite the game player -- a typical car salesman. Not recommended. Now we have service ... if you're a customer you'll be dealing with "advisors " who are sullen, unfriendly and inexperienced. Basically an unpleasant experience. Where do they get these guys? I wanted to deal with a smaller dealership but I think all in all it was a mistake. No inventory. Unpleasant relationships. I'll be ready for a new vehicle in about a year snd I'll go elsewhere. read more

Do not purchase a used vehicle from this location!! They obviously do not inspect or repair anything used on their lot.. bought a 15' F150 for TOP DOLLAR of course, get it home and look under everything to find emergency brakes inoperable and MISSING completely, shocks shot, play in differential, turbos started squealing after they warmed up, front cv boots broke and leaking, oil leaks everywhere after driving it for a while. Transmission not shifting correctly after it warmed up, play in steering assembly, pulls after driving it for a while, weird.. emailed them to no resolve wither asking me if I bought the warranty.. I just bought the truck from you thieves!! Court here we come... proper process is they inspect a vehicle at trade in, and offer the trade according to condition of the vehicle. If it's crap, the offer is lower to accommodate for the repairs required to resell, this is proper used car dealer professionalism.. premier gmc is stealing money from its used car purchasers and smiling at you as they're doing it... dont purchase from these thieves, they are not good business... read more

Dealership is not willing to deal AT ALL! Gave me a trade in value for my car of a thousand bucks, sold it the next day to a comparable dealer for 4500. Asked 17000 in the newspaper ad, when I came into the dealership they claimed it was an error, and the price was really $35k. Salesman came back and said "the reason we can't value your car higher is because they've checked the markets and no one wants a Jeep Wrangler at this time." Considering it's summer and I've seen a lot of them on the road, I don't think that's the truth. Told me there were two accidents reported on Autocheck when I have copies of both reports from two separate dealerships certifying as it only was hit once in the front very lightly, not even requiring a tow. Premier told me it was disabling damage in both cases and they'd have to deduct some money for the trade in this respect.. Wait a second, I thought they just told me that my car was lower priced is because it was not wanted by the general public? Not because it was involved in an exaggerated accident, and one accident that didn't even happen. I could have had a bad experience, but I know they've pulled this before when my friend purchased a car at this place. They have very friendly and accommodating staff, who offer you water and snacks while you wait for the salesman to come back, and the dealership is clean inside, but if the salespeople aren't willing to go even a dollar under the asking price, and make false advertisements and blame them on typos, what's the use? I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Bought a 2008 GMC Denali earlier this summer with 59k miles... 1. After a week every belt needed replaced after noticing the ear piercing noises. 2. Each tire (which are newer tires), didn't seem to hold air very well, after taking the car in complaining to Premier, they fixed (1) stem valve and said that was the issue with the tires (which they didn't charge me), however, I had to pay for the belts. 3. 1 month later, still same issues, except for the belts, but the check engine light came on. Turned out to be just a bad gas cap, but still! 4. Now present day, only put about 3k miles on it, started to notice oil on the driveway...took it into a family friends' mechanic shop...turns out the last person to change the oil (Premier GMC) didn't tighten the oil filter tight enough! Took each tire off and resealed each one, fixed! Of course none of these issues never appeared until a week later! Nice job Premier for keeping the reputation of car salesman alive! I was sold a broken car. I traded in a PERFECTLY running newer car on a few year older car which should not have been the problem. I was lied to and was called a liar after I contacted the dealership about what happened and they finally decided to take a look at it, after "inspecting" it they told me they'd fix it for hundreds of more dollars than what I had just spent on it for a down payment days before. I have done quite a bit of work with this dealership since purchasing my Traverse in 2013. I took my vehicle in for a headlight replacement and for a battery on my key fab. After waiting 40 minutes they told me the key fab would not resync to the vehicle and they would need to run $100 diagnostic test to see if it was the receiver to the vehicle. After weeks of not having a working keyless entry, I took it upon myself to you tube the process. Wouldn't you know the new battery and syncing the vehicle worked in less than 20 seconds. Seems to be there were trying to swindle money out of me! read more

We bought our daughter who was turning 16 a Range Rover last year from this dealership. Was told one price over the phone only to be told another price once we drove to the dealership to pick up the car. As soon as we got it home we have had nothing but problems. The first week our daughter drove this vehicle we had to have it towed to a shop to be fixed. A week later something else was wrong with it, we had to put more money into fixing it. Seems like every time she drives this vehicle something else needs fixed or a part needs replaced. We paid too much money for a car that is a complete lemon. Don't bother bringing your business here. Had a terrible time picking up a 2015 GMC. I made the mistake thinking the $30k truck would have all its systems working. I was wrong. Found out the A/C didn't work an hour into my 9 hour drive back home. The GM ignored me and is not willing to do anything about the issue. They maintain the truck was sold as-is. Clearly this place is not equipped to safely inspect used vehicles. Avoid at all costs. read more

The service after the sale was horrible! When I experienced some issues with my truck I called the salesman Bruce Panning. Even though I have several dealerships closer to me than Premier, Bruce assured me it was in my best interest to spend my time and money driving out of my way. Neither Bruce or anyone else at the dealership was bale to make good on his word. Not only did they not fix the issues with the vehicle they actually caused more damage to it. I will be working with another dealership to get all of the repairs made. Though I have owned GM products my entire life this experienced has caused me to look at other auto brands. Now I See, I could have done better by buying a different brand to begin with! read more

My wife and I had to shop for a vehicle after her car was totaled in an accident. We started our search online. We ran into the car not being there any more 4 or 5 times. Being told it was that only to find out the sales person was mistaken. We found on at Premier. I call and spoke to John, he told me the car was there and he would pull it out of the line to make sure it was there. We pull into the lot and there it was right in front. John was one of the best sales people I have dealt with in a long time. He made the process simple. No running back and forth to work it out. Bill the finance manager was just as good. He asked if he could try to get us a better rate on our loan. We had arranged our finance before we started to look. He did indeed get is a much better rate than we had before and was happy with. Every step of the sale was easy and explained. I would be promoting Premier GMC to my friend's. read more

Purchasing my new Denali was a very good experience. The salesperson, John, was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure me at all. He also spent time after hours to make sure I received my new truck before vacation and even took time to thoroughly explain all of the functions, etc. I recently used my GMC app to schedule my service appointment at the dealership. There was some confusion since I scheduled my appointment when all the technicians were out to lunch and the dealership was not receiving the schedule from the app. The service manager went and changed his clothes and serviced my truck himself. They have proven to me that they will go to just about any lengths to keep their customers satisfied. I would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking for a new GMC truck. read more

They are always honest with me on my maintenance and repairs and tell me like it is even though I may get upset. They help me know what I need done with the upkeep with car. The last service call I brought my Civic in for an oil change. They showed me my filter needed changed even though College Hills Honda claimed they changed it back in March 2014 when I took it to them for my last service. I know I won't go anywhere else for maintenance and repair than Premier from now on. I also had my brakes replaced by Premier. Corey is our mechanic there and is a Honda expert. This will now be my 2nd review on this dealership. Yesterday i went in for ANOTHER service on my transmission for my 2018 Terrian not even purchased a year ago. When i left yesterday the "manager" Bill Casto called me in regards to my last review posted on yelp ( 5 days ago ) stating that my review was nothing but lies, he then began to make excuses for the way i have been treated at this dealership, so after that phone call I proceeded to call the OWNER of the dealership and explain every single issue I've had with this place, including when I first went to buy my vehicle and the sales man said "thats out your price range you are only 18" maybe you need a used car, then i talked about the sales service me and husband received two weeks ago and all the issues from service as well. We came in to test drive an Enclave and drove away with a Sorento. So far the vehicle drives great and we felt we got a fair price for the Sorento and our trade in. I unfortunately had a pretty bad experience with Premier. I traded in a car and bought a Mazda from them. They didn't pay off my Kia loan for over a month after I had been driving the Mazda, which meant I was paying on both. Then they never transferred my plates, title, etc so I was basically driving an unregistered vehicle. They weren't very helpful at all in the entire process. Probably won't buy a car from here again. Although, do love my mazda! read more

I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. At least not a used vehicle. The sales person (CJ) was friendly. However that's where it ends. We worked out a price on the vehicle and when I came to pick it up noticed the rims were destroyed and the exhaust they said was on it was not on the vehicle. I left without the car. Few days passed and we were able to work out a price on the car with the damage to the rims to compensate. By the way I should mention I was told this car was showroom quality initially but that's besides the point now. Fast forward two weeks later. I moved the car out of the garage and find a puddle of coolant Under the car. I take it to a shop and find out there is no coolant and it had been leaking for a while for this to leak as bad as it did. I call and speak to the GM-Billy-he says nothing they can do and it must be minor or they would have noticed it but they sell the cars as is. I tell him I don't think this would have just started as I had only driven the car 60 miles at this point. He then again said well something must have happened on the way home from the dealership that night. Later on today I find out that when we topped off the coolant we find out that the dealer did indeed top it off themselves because they used a different brand than what was supposed to be in there for a 6.2L engine. So to recap, first they tell me they never noticed it, then I find out that's not true because they did indeed top it off and try to cover it up by just adding coolant instead of fixing the issue and using the wrong coolant on top of that. I appreciate the GM taking time out if his day for telling me it was my fault for not buying an extended warranty and they sell warranties because these sort of things happen even with 15k miles on the car. Had they just spent the extra $200 on parts and labor to fix it right the first time this wouldn't even be an issue. I even offered to take the car to then to fix and he said sure but I have to charge you whatever the hourly rate and inspection costs are so you mine as well take it somewhere else. This is why I tell you to stay away because clearly the tremendous inspection and service they performed was non existent and when confronting them about the shoddy work they simply say sorry and best of luck to you! It's not a good way to do business especially in a service industry. Needless to say I will be pursuing all the options I have available to me to have them solve this. read more
