Shop around. The right company will come through. These people are very persistent. Matthew M. showed up to my home around 6-7pm, waited until my husband got home from work. Gave me his sales pitch. To add, we have a young toddler who was fussy, a few hours later he still tried selling us on the solar panels. Throwing similar deals in as Costco and Sunrun. By this time it was close to midnight.. he said " this is not a contract, just initial here to lock in your deal". Mind you, my husband and I were sitting, falling asleep while our kiddo was falling asleep as well. At this point we just wanted to go to bed and MATTHEW still sat there with his tablet, made us felt rushed and honestly, we just wanted to go sleep. His wife even called him upset asking where he was; I don't blame her, it was well over MIDNIGHT. I was raged with exhaustion and at this point, HOW MANY MORE HINTS DID HE NEED TO GET FOR HIM TO LEAVE OUR HOME?!? He asked to TAKE A PICTURE WITH US TO SHOW PROOF TO HIS WIFE. It was embarrassing!!!! A few weeks go by and he would text asking IF WE HAD MADE OUR MIND at the MOST RANDOM HOURS OF THE DAY. At this point we felt HARRASSED & PRESSURED. So, with a busy life, both my husband and I have mentally draining, long commute drives (and we made MATTHEW WELL AWARE), I called the loan company TO CANCEL directly. I didn't want to speak to this company anymore. They were made aware we canceled I'm sure, that a couple of weeks later my husband gets a LETTER FOR PERMIT FEES and that we OWED that money. I personally went to discuss the letter with MATT and of course, he stated "that's out of my hands" & "but, remember that night you signed I said is to get the ball rolling"- excuse me, but that does not mean "I'm pulling you permits to get the job started". * No other company that we received quotes from hot us with PERMIT FEES DUE letter NONE.* Of course, like any other person that gets hit with a $1000 fee notice would be outraged. I said what I said and here and I kept my word. I am writing my honest review. We have the texts saved, CAMERA FOOTAGE- We have proof he was there well past working hours and see us trying to stay awake ‍. We aren't paying for something we DID NOT AGREE TO. Absolutely worst business decision I have ever made. I purchased my solar system through Premier Homw Solutions on October 8, 2022. They chose an installer going by the name of Pacific Energy Network dba Modern Pro Solutions. The system was installed October 14, 2022. The City conducted their inspection of the project December 14, 2022. Corrections were made in late December. Nobody came back to complete the final inspection. When I contacted Premier Home Solutions about completing the final inspection, I was told the installers went out of business. Premier Home Solutions took a "Not my Problem" attitude and failed to complete the install. Further, the installed equipment provider was never paid and now i have a huge mechanics lien on my house. Updated review: One day I received a knock on the door from this a gentleman by the name of Jon asking me who my cable/internet provider is. So, I without hesitation or fret I let him in my home and we discussed my current providers rate, he then told me I was paying way too much. Without further hesitation I showed him my cable bill and we discussed how he can help save me money. Fast forward to today I have more money in my pockets due to his phenomenal sales skills, and customer excellence. He was not pushy when I became hesitant in handing over my person information. Thank you Jon for your great customer service skills, as well as helping me save money on my cable/internet service. After my bill came in the mail I noticed that my statement was more than what Jon and I discussed. So, I immediately called him and without having to chase him down he responded promptly. I was upset because of the fees, but he went on to explain that the cable provider has their own fees for xyz etc., and that the monthly fee that we initially discussed would remain the same. We encountered so many problems in the few days we switched from Spectrum to DirecTV & Frontier through Premier after we were approached by Jon and Matthew. I gave them a chance to convince me to switch (usually I turn away salesmen right away) since we have had so many issues with Spectrum recently. Our family lives in a duplex home and they were able to set up two separate accounts for us which was great. The first problem I had was that neither of them wore masks when going door to door when it is mandated by LA County to wear one in public. I didn't realize this until I read other reviews that also mentioned they didn't wear a mask. Second, there was some confusion about installation fees, having more than 4 cable boxes, and DTV's Wireless boxes but we were able to sort that out easy but our cousins would have to wait a few days for theirs. I hadn't canceled Spectrum yet just in case problems occurred, which I am glad I hadn't. Since Premier's offices were closed & I needed to access my account to check the bill and watch TV on my laptop, I called DTV for help. So much of our account information was wrong. Jon or someone at Premier entered my mother's SSN & email wrong ("family" is part of our email username but they had spelled it "xamioy" and forgot the numbers that are part of the username). DTV said I couldn't make any changes to the account unless I know the last 4 digits of our SSN, but again, I couldn't do anything since they had entered it wrong in the first place. I spent 2-hrs with DTV until they realized that okay, it's not our fault and worked it out with us. I was able to change/correct our account info and log in finally. Jon tried to blame me for not calling Premier to figure it out since the DTV agents I spoke to didn't know about the 2 accounts on the address, even though DTV did. When I had called DTV and provided the address, they said there are two accounts under the address and asked to provide the name on the account to bring up the right info. So they knew very well how it was set up. They weren't confusing the two accounts, emails, or SSN. Premier had messed up the info themselves. When Jon and Matthew talked to us about switching, they had told us that DirecTV has an app for Roku TVs, which could help us with our bill since we wouldn't need to pay for another box. I tried to download the app but when I searched "DirecTV" on the Roku App Store, nothing came up. I was very upset since Jon had told me there was an app. I contacted DTV since Premier's offices were closed and Jon wasn't available at the time. Three different representatives from DTV said there isn't an app on Roku, only on mobile devices and laptops. I messaged Jon this and he said their technician would help us download it the next day. I called Jon the next morning and we were arguing back and forth about the app. He kept insisting there is one so I sent a picture of my screen that shows it does not exist. He then told me that I am just mad that I don't know how to download the app (even though I have downloaded hundreds of apps on my Roku TV), that I don't know what I am doing or how to do things right, insinuating that I am dumb. He also kept calling me bro, but I am not his "bro", I am a customer. Very unprofessional. Jon also went on to say a few times that when I am calling DTV, I am talking to people from other countries and Filipinos and that they don't know anything about my account or what DTV offers. I understand that we have all had frustrating support agents from companies, but just to belittle them for being from a different country and telling me the TRUTH when Jon and Matthew were the ones that didn't know exactly what they were selling, that is just wrong and extremely disrespectful. Additionally, Jon refused to tell me what the cancellation policy was or tell me what was on the contract when he signed us up. I shouldn't have signed up in the first place because of that, but I went along with it. Turns out that Premier had only put a 2-day grace period on our accounts and the DTV agent that canceled our service for us said that isn't right since DTV's standard policy is usually 15 or 30 days. Both of our families canceled appointments and services and were able to get a full refund from DTV since Premier had lied at the point of sale about Roku, refused to discuss cancellation policies, setting an unfair grace period, messing up our account information, and for being disrespectful. I also canceled Frontier and received much faster internet from Spectrum for no extra charge for a year. Edit: Since we cannot respond to Matthew, we were not wearing a mask since we were at our own home, working on our security system. They approached us. Regarding the grace period; I spoke to a DirecTV Supervisor and they told me they are canceling and giving us a refund for the reasons stated in the last 2 paragraphs. Was approached to have my internet service upgraded to faster speeds. They needed to cancel my old service and assign a new one. Well they failed to cancel the first time so the technicians didn't come out. They scheduled for a different time and day. Same thing happens for this time around, older service was supposed to be shut off the night before and new service start when installed. That didn't happen, techs came out and now have I have two service accounts and the one starting fresh gets canceled and older one still there but just upgraded to the new deal. I was told my bill would be lower with faster speed, welp bill isn't lower and speed doesn't seem all that faster. This is ridiculous. To me not a good company and waste of my time read more

On Feb 3rd 2020 two gentleman came to our door. Jon Gutierrez and his associate (i forgot his name unfortunately). They said they can save us money on our internet and cable. Cut our bills in half or more. So basically, the sign up people in the house that are not on the current account. So my husband was paying the cable and i was paying the internet. All these guys did was sign me up for cable and my husband for internet. Switched us. We would be treated like new customers in the eyes of the internet and cable companies. Ok. Free enterprise. If it helps a small local business so be it. We were told dont worry about a thing. All you do is sign and we will cancel your old accounts. Set up appointments for new accounts. All we had to do was be home for appointments and return hardware to companies. Sounds easy. Cable was out on 2/4/20 to install new dish and cable boxes. Internet was out on 2/7/20 to install new internet router and Wifi. Seemed to go smooth. Wrong. on 2/27/20 i checked my old cable and internet accounts to make sure they were canceled. Cable was canceled but internet was not. In fact my new bill posted. The internet company does not prorate your bills when you cancel. So if you are even 2 or 3 days into a new billing cycle, you get billed for the whole month. So there was my bill pending from 2/25/20 to 3/24/20 for Frontier. I called the Frontier company and they said there was no cancellation pending. When i reached out to Jon Gutierrez, he did not answer. He texted me that he was with a customer and he would get back to me. I texted him the problem. Then he responded on 2/29/20 and said it was canceled. Tha it had been and he doesnt know why i got a bill. He will look into it and get back to me. When i checked my cable account again, they was a cancellation pending. Creation date 2/29/20. So of course i would get a bill since Frontier does not prorate. I called Jon Gutierrez again and explained that. He did not seem to understand what i was explaining. I keep stating that if he had canceled my old account on 2/7/20 i would not have gotten a bill dated 2/25/20 to 3/24/20. He stated that my account was canceled and even went so far as to send me a confirmation # via text. I told him i should not be responsible for the bill since they did not follow thru with their statment. He also had the nerve to say, "we are saving you at least $50 a month!" WTF does that have to do with you not following thru with the agreement. I reached out several times to Matthew Minjares who is the manager of Premier Home solutions. No response. I spoke with a Jacklyn who stated that the girl who was supposed to cancel my old account never did. There were a few accounts that she never canceled. She also does not work there anymore. Go figure. After one month and several (like 20+) phone calls and text messages later, i have had to resort to other means to get resolution. So right now i have the old Frontier account from 2/25/20 to 3/24/20 bill pending and my new Frontier account billed from 2/7/20 to 3/6/20 (paid) with my great credit score hanging in the balance. Once your hooked, you are vapor to them...poof....what customer service. read more

The cable installer showed up an hour late from the time frame I was told and probably wouldn't have showed if I didn't call in. And then they didn't show up at all for the internet installed even after they cut off your current internet. And good luck trying to get a hold of someone here. Each time I called to try and find out what was going on they ask me to text them and their response every time is we'll call you back when we figure out what's going on. Sure enough no call!! Two young men came to my door trying to sell me on saving me money on my internet/cable bill. Very polite at first. I asked them to come back later to talk with my husband. My husband is into researching things before he makes a decision. They weren't so polite when they felt they weren't going to get the instant sell. They started using high pressure tactics to get a quick decision. Finally, I just gave them my phone number and got their cards to talk to them later as they were being a little offensive. It was funny because they immediately called the number, which I chose not to answer. The next day, they show up at my house at one in the afternoon, ring my door and knock. I don't answer as I am still working(from home which they knew about from our conversation the previous day) They then call me on the phone, which I did answer because I knew from caller ID that it was them. I politely told them that we were not interested in saving money. which I know is weird, but it was just more hassle than it was worth. What we had was working fine and even though it was more expensive it was easier for us not to have down time and the service they were offering was one that we had before that we had nothing but problems with. That was when they started harassing me and telling me that I was just too scared to try something new and just too comfortable with the way things are and not willing to make a change. I find this kind of sell tactic offensive and highly unprofessional. I told them that now they just pissed me off, (pardon my language) and I hung up. So if you agree with what they are selling you go ahead and work with them, but if you have any doubts, please be ready to be offended and harassed.
