I bought a brand new 2025 jeep grand cherokee summit from premier jeep w/extended warranty for $80,000. I planned to buy new every 2-3 years. That's until I got screwed over. Their employees r well-trained in the bait & switch technique. At 11,000 miles my tires went bad...they were making noise & premier jeep service tried to tell me it was the suspension system. So I took my car to an auto mechanic I know & he heard the noise. Nothing to do w/the suspension! Tire is bad but can't tell which one. After fighting w/them, Premier wanted us to pay 50 % to replace w/same brand! We r having someone else take care of us & will NEVER buy a car there again. read more

I had been looking at getting a new Jeep Gladiator for some time and found that for the Mojave I wanted, Premiere Jeep in Yarmouth had the best pricing. So went in with the intent to purchase the vehicle the same day and was politely greeted at the front desk and handed off to my sales associate. My sales associate was very professional and promptly went and had the vehicle I wanted brought out for me to take on test drive. When I returned from my test drive we looked for more discounts on the vehicle and then proceeded to do the paperwork. When it was the dreaded time to meet with finance manager it was actually pleasant and painless. I really liked how he did not try to upsell me useless packages and that there were no hidden frees that I had to have corrected. I got the price that the sales associate and I came to agreement on. Also I had no way to get the vehicle home so the dealership arranged to have me picked up so that I could drive it home. I have given up on scheduling oil changes. Three week wait if you are lucky. Today I tried to get in touch with them because my engine light came on and I was nervous. I called three times and kept getting message to leave message and they would get back to me. They never did. They texted and said I could ask questions and they would answer. They never did. This dealership has a great inventory. But as usual they make it hard to buy a vehicle on the Cape. No deals here. They go with the "no haggle" pricing. Which means your going to pay sticker price. And they want to give you peanuts for your trade. Thanks to the invention of the Internet, I looked up the value of my trade and it was $10,000 on the low end, $11,300 on the high side. I brought my 2013 Jeep Patriot to Premier Jeep for a problem with the blower for the heat & A/C. The Service Department was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately. After ordering the part it was installed in about a hour. In contrast, the off-Cape selling dealer was unable to diagnose the problem after having the vehicle all day on three separate days. Earlier this year I brought my 2011 Jeep Cherokee Overland to Premier Jeep in Hyannis for a bad cooling fan, it was a HORRIBLE experience. Eventually fixed though. That being said, I recently had another issue "Serv 4WD" light showed up. I made an appointment and dropped it off on September 14th 2018. First questioned asked "Did you buy it from us?" I should have known from that question, I was in trouble. Anyway, I also advised them that there was a rattle in my front end that I would like them to check out. I met with Danielle Laham the "new" service manager and (daughter of the owner of the Dealership). Later that day Danielle called me and told me that they had "diagnosed" my vehicle and the part was going to be $506 over the phone, however, because the part that they "thought' it might be, was under the back seat, they couldn't be sure because my tools were loaded above the back seat. (I have paperwork saying that). I was told "We need to order the part and you'll need to remove your tools to verify the diagnosis" I agreed to pick up my vehicle at that time. I showed up to get my vehicle and Ms. Laham" proceeded to tell me that the part was now $538 and I owed $104 additional in labor charges. I balked, and said I have a $250 bumper to bumper deductible on my $3,200 warranty that I bought with the car. I was then directly informed by "Princess Laham" that if I wanted to get my car fixed it would cost me the $250 plus the additional $210 or they were NOT going to fix my car and I could go somewhere else. The diagnosis sheet I have also says that the front end had no rattle, and everything was "tight". I told Ms. Laham that I'll call my dealership & the warranty company to verify Premier's claim before I spend one nickel over my $250 deductible. I was then told I could not get my car back until I paid the $132 "diagnosis fee", I tried to refuse. My car, loaded with my tools on a Friday afternoon was now being held for ransom until I agreed to the $132 fee. I refused to pay the $450 she wanted out of pocket and asked for my keys. I had NO choice but to sign the paperwork as I had a job lined up for the weekend and needed my tools. I then contacted both my dealer, and the warranty company and both agreed, I need not pay anything over my deductible. I eventually contacted the dealership Off Cape and they agreed to service my vehicle. Not only did they diagnose my vehicle's "Serv 4WD" correctly, they found the rattle in my front end and correctly fixed that too. (about $3,000) They fixed both and charged me my $250 deductible, not one penny more. PLEASE do NOT bring your business to any Laham dealership until they understand the customer is their best asset, not Princess's ego. Did I mention I called the GM of Premier three (3) times and not surprisingly, didn't hear back until I mentioned the Massachusetts Attorney General's. Needless to say I ignored his call. I purchased my Jeep Patriot @ Premier and was so pleased with the Sales Dept and all they did for me. I not only got a good value but they went over and above to help me with decisions. That is not the best of it., The best is the Service Dept! I am over whelmed at how wonderful the people are.. I was heading out of town and found that my tail lite was out. As I was going to be traveling through Providence at night I really wanted to have this repaired. I got to the dealership at 4:45,quick express closes at 4:30. The parts dept not only sold me the bulb but also put it in for me at no charge. Did I mention this was after hours?!! This is a Premier rip off with a one star for high polished reception area otherwise go to a Triple AAA guaranteed service center!! I paid the $130 for their promised expert inspection to find the problem causing my jeep not starting (when key turned the engine sounded with a "grrrrr" but not turning over, there was no "clicking sound" one gets with a dead starter). A simple fix of a new starter, so I paid the over priced quote of $380 to get a new non jeep quality starter. A week later my car would not start! To heighten my disappointment, it was late Friday of Memorial Weekend (no car rentals open!). I left three calls to Austin the head serviceman and received no calls back until Thursday when Austin inadvertently picked up my call while seated at his desk! I was told the paying customers with appointments go first and I wait to be "fit in" when someone cancels...this time a 4 days wait! There were no words of compassion, just a quote of $480 for a new position sensor that just must have malfunctioned a few days after leaving the shop! I called triple AAA who recommended Rte. 134 auto shop in S. Dennis. I did and was told a senser part and labor is $240!!! And it would be done next day! I had a rip off experience at Premier a few years earlier but wanted to try again because it is on the surface a nice appearing operation, its a shame it is also a rip off! Please do yourself a benefit, check out Triple A's garage member services and stop getting ripped off with by Premier polish! Their concept of service is Neanderthal and it's difficult to believe they are aware that the wheel was invented for cars to ride on. Unfortunately, I have to use Premier Jeep on Cape Cod. Their service is appalling. My car has gone in three times for a simple fix. They have never been able to fix it, claiming they cannot duplicate the problem. The second I drive off their lot, the problem is evident and repeats itself many times each day. Since there are few dealerships on the Cape, I tried them again. The car needed two simple fixes. I planned to wait for the car since they indicated these were quick fixes. They told me they were running late and gave me a loaner. My car was supposed to be ready in several hours. Many hours past the promised time I tried to call. It took over 25 minutes to reach a person. Then ten more minutes for them to get an update on my car. The update was that they hadn't started to work on it yet. The car was just sitting there. The two service representatives I spoke with could barely find the time to answer simple questions on the status of my auto. Their techs are surely, as if, you are wasting their time when you ask a question or want to find out why they cannot fix something. I love my Jeep, but taking it to Premier gives me the "willys" whenever something goes wrong with it. read more

This review is for sales and not service. Went in recently to look at a Jeep Renegade. We met with a "Client Advisor", Michael Lavoie. Although we didn't buy a car I wanted to commend Mike for an entirely different and pleasant car shopping experience. No pressure at all, he explained that he's worked for them over ten years and that there were no sales managers. He was authorized to make and approve his own deals. We found out later that their sales people do not work on commission. We drove the Renegade (without him in the back seat) and decided it wasn't what we were looking for. When we told Mike it was no big deal. We spent a few minutes reviewing his other stock and when it was clear they didn't have anything that we wanted, he thanked us for coming in, asked it was ok if he contacted us in anything else came in, walked us to the door and wished us happy holidays.
