Bad service department had a lifetime warrantee exhaust systen that I purchased from them and they would not stand behind it. Shame on your management for allowing someone in your midst to steal your customers belonging. I can't believe I am just overflowing with praise and customer satisfaction for a *car dealership*, but I truly am. We recently totaled our Honda Fit in a collision with a deer. Due to the pandemic-induced shortage of both new and used inventory, we were having trouble finding a replacement. We were looking for a low mileage Toyota Certified Used Corolla Hatchback. After a number of extremely unpleasant interactions with dealers more local to us (we are in Vermont) we started contacting dealers further afield. I was very specific in what we were looking for, said we didn't have a trade-in, and that we had already secured our own financing. I received a very prompt, courteous response from internet guy Derek Ditmars, saying that they didn't have any in stock, and explaining that they were unlikely to given that the HBs had come out in 2019 so the three-year leases weren't up yet. He did offer to reach out if one did happen to come in, but with the understanding that it was unlikely. He didn't try to upsell me to a new one or something else entirely or try to get me to come in to the dealership. It was...refreshing. After another week or so of awful dealer experiences elsewhere, we decided to consider a low mileage Toyota Certified Used Prius. Remembering the thoroughly pleasant, no pressure exchange I had had earlier with Derek, I contacted him again about a Prius they had listed. He was just as pleasant this time, very accommodating to our coming from many hours away and in Cape Cod summer traffic and arranged for my dad, who lives locally, to come for a preliminary test drive. My dad, an avowed pickup type, *loved* the car, so we made an appointment to come down the following day to test drive it ourselves. Unlike other dealers, they were happy to promise it would be there and available the next day for us to come in, so while not a "hold" per se, it was a realistic and very helpful accommodation. At this point, we were dealing with Brian Nascarella, who was friendly, super knowledgeable, no pressure or salesspeak at all. He gave us a quick overview of the vehicle, and handed us the keys. We drove it, loved it, and decided to buy. The listed price was already *extremely* fair by any metric. We did get a little more off (I couldn't have lived with myself if I'd paid ask, lol) and a few accessories thrown in. All negotiations were quick, conversational, straightforward, and with none (NONE!) of the ridiculous, lengthy disappearances to "talk to my manager" you are subjected to elsewhere. There was no attempt to get us to purchase an additional warranty or to go with Toyota financing (as other dealers had). All the paperwork--out of state complications, third party financing--was handled quickly, efficiently, and cheerfully. The entire experience was just so fundamentally different from any of the other many cary buying experiences I have had. There was no pressure, no smarmy car dealer tactics, no bogus fees (they only charge a $95 dealer doc charge and that really is it). I felt like they truly wanted to provide a fair, respectful, honest experience and have genuinely happy, satisfied customers. And they did. Despite being five hours away, Falmouth Toyota will be the first place (and no doubt the only place) I contact for our next Toyota. They're that good, and that unlike other dealerships. Call them. If I could give less than one star, I would. My elderly Mother's (barely driven) Rav 4 was evaluated for large swaths of paint peeling from the hood, roof, rear panels and gas cap by Tony in the service Dept on 11/29/17. Although the car looks like an unwrapped present with bare metal exposed all over it, he determined that the paint definitely didn't fail because of an improper paint application, but rather it was caused by "acidic bird poop." Oddly enough, my Camry parked beside her Rav 4 for 3 straight months somehow managed to escape the same fate. Also, neighbors and visitors cars were impervious to the corrosive feces as well. I've purchased 6 vehicles from Falmouth Toyota over the last 20 years. Today they lost my business and I will NEVER go back. Scheduled an appointment online for new tires, received an email confirmation with a copy of the estimate. Showed up this morning and the service representative could not find my appointment in their system. I should have brought a printed copy of my appointment confirmation; my mistake. After about 30 minutes in the waiting area the service representative calls me back to the check- in area and tells me that the tire I selected (which was recommended by THEIR SYSTEM) was not correct for my vehicle. He then quotes me a price for "appropriate" tires that was 25 percent higher. So, I ask him why the tire I originally selected could not be installed on my vehicle. He obviously thinks I am a clueless idiot and starts giving me a lesson on tire width, sidewall aspect ratio and rim diameter. After some more back and forth, bobbing and weaving, the service manager realizes that I 'me getting progressively agitated and comes over to assist his colleague with my monetary fleecing. I finally get the service manager to admit that the tire I want IS appropriate for my vehicle, but they were just trying to "help me out". I was so angry by that point that I took my keys and left. So, apparently, the Falmouth Toyota Service Department believes that helping customers includes tricking you into spending more money, a lot more, than necessary. Sad that a 20-plus year business relationship ended in this manner. The next time I hear one of Tom Murphy's snappy radio ads about how taking care of the customer is their number-one priority........I may just scream. read more

Really had a very good experience purchasing my Sienna and have loved the van. Started running into trouble when I had to purchase four new tires last year. Ok, expect to have to buy tires and did. Have now had to replace 1-3 through out the year and yesterday had three bad tires again!!! Their no flat tires have been nothing but trouble and they do not take responsibility in making it right! Have put on the traditional tires but now need a spare. High cost to convert one of the seats (that I need) to space for a safe and secure spare...now purchasing another rim....Not a good system and not a good response to the problem. Too bad because was hoping to have a long term relationship and continue purchasing vehicle with them. Did a couple of cars there recently. These were our first purchases from this dealership. Dealt with the online manager through email to solidify the numbers before having to go into the dealership. Was also informed of the available colors - which I was able to match up with their inventory online. Arrived to find the two cars and not long after we signed the papers after going on a test drive with our sales person Jack. We were able to pick up one car that night and the other in the morning. They did a good job. Their prices were about as good as Boch and it'll be nice to deal with a local dealer. Finance was good as well and listen to our instructions about running credit. We're using Toyota to finance we don't need to have reports pulled by the dealer or outside banks. They understood that and unlike many dealers actually followed through. Toyota Finance as always was great to deal with as well. In the end we're very happy with the vehicles. It's a little thing but it was nice to get the inspection sticker done on the premises. So many places provide a "credit" for this but you have to go and mail them the receipt and then wait for a check. It was nice to just have it done and be able to drive off for good. read more

We are used to excellent service from Toyota of Nashua where we lived in NH for many years and it continues in Falmouth Toyota. I am just a little disappointed right now that my wife Called just now and couldn't get someone to squeeze in for a quick look at her battery since she was needing to make long trips to NH in the coming days. the response was "nope.. we're full up until next week". I DON'T GET IT..DO THEY ONLY FILTER GOOD REVIEWS FOR FALMOUTH TOYOTA? My experience was anything but "good". I have a 2013 land cruiser. I have to travel quite a ways to get to the dealership for service. I needed my 35K maintenance. I also needed new tires. I had the tires ordered and made my appointment once I knew the tires were "in". I got there at 1:00 (live on MV and its a 7 hr. day getting to and from). They told me no issue to get the 5:00 boat home. I would be outta there by 3:00. I asked for new wipers. They told me my inspection was in a month but could take care of that..I said great. After an hour of waiting a manager came out to say that the wrong tires had arrived and it wasn't noticed until all my tires were already taken off my car. He also said that rear brakes were not good and I asked could they take care of that and get me out..no problem they said. So I realized took an entire day and would have to do this all over again because they never checked to be sure the tires were correct. Anyway, waiting until my car was ready....after another hour and half...they tell me car ready. The guy says since it was a disappointment about tires service was free....oh really...my 35K was under warrantee. I went to my car saw that they never even did the "inspection" as promised. I went back into dealership to say you never did the inspection? they said no. I then asked well did you do the brakes? they said no. I never even got the wipers. I spent 3 hours and all they did was the 35K and take off my tires and put em back on. I will never ever go back to Falmouth Toyota again. I will go to Hyannis. read more

The problem started when the sales rep didn't disclose the details of the warranty that was being offered. We were told we would get the remainder of the factory warranty plus an additional 12 month warranty because the vehicle was a certified pre-owned. Essentially giving us 36 months of warranty. We perceived this a value-added and helped us make the decision to buy the car. When we got to the financing aspect, we were told that was incorrect. The warranties were concurrent, basically only giving us 24 months. This was an oversight on the salesperson part. He didn't know. It wasn't intentional, just an oversight. When I brought it to the attention of the finance department, I said that that benefit had some value and we should be compensated in some way to make us for the loss. Thats when it got bad. They brought in the Sales Manager, and he offered 200$ (basically, a slap in the face). I asked for a one year extended warranty or the associated costs, and that's when he started raising his voice, obviously irate with me that I dare to challenge him. It got very heated to the point he was raising his voice higher and higher, to the point of flailing his arms, yelling 'YOU WON', YOU WON'. I got 300 dollars off the price. I said, no, I didn't 'win'. His anger was inappropriate and he has no business in the customer service business. That episode was totally uncalled for. He was rude, intimidating, and condescending. Everyone else was very nice and the general manager came out to talk with us as we were about to leave. As I said, I could overlook the mistake the sales rep made. He did a good job, the finance guy was great as well, the sales manager, no, he should not be in a position to berate and intimidate customers that he disagrees with. read more

She said " if we don't stock it we will order and have it for Saturday " I dropped the car this morning and went over the work that was to be done with the service attendant. A few hours later he called (I still have the voicemail ) and said the car was all set, all the work was completed and i could pick it up. When I picked it up the antenna was untouched. Had negotiated a good sales price with discount and rebate on line to replace my Toyota. Dealt with 3 (THREE) different on-line representatives (forget the phony ad) and was ready to buy IMMEDIATELY - 812 CREDIT RATING). Brought my Toyota in for a trade in price and was lied to by the head salesman (one of the sons?) about the trade in value. When I complained about the dishonesty, I was told by the son(?) not to bring in my Toyota for service there ( I had been bringing it in for 3 years). Service dept was very good. "A Classy Dealership" After a rather DISTURBING visit to a Toyota dealership on the 'Dark Side' of the Bourne Bridge, my wife and I visited Cape Cod's Falmouth Toyota, looking for a pre-owned pick-up truck. Brian Nascarella greeted us, actually listened to us, and then showed us several Tacomas that fit our needs and our budget. After we drove a Tacoma Access Cab that had caught our fancy, Brian provided the service history of the truck, explained the extended coverage and benefits of the Certified Pre-Owned program and professionally and politely asked if we had other concerns or questions. When we told Brian we wanted to think about it and consider other options, he did not try to tie us to a chair, hide our keys, or subject us to a parade of managers intent upon insisting we 'do the deal today.' I researched this particular model on-line, comparison shopped another make of truck, and became convinced that this Tacoma was the one I wanted. We returned to Falmouth Toyota the next day to negotiate a fair price for the truck...without drama, pain or suffering. The entire process was pleasant. Amy Killoran, our Finance Manager, handled the paperwork in a courteous, expedition manner. The truck was ready when it was promised, clean, with a full tank of gas. An hour after taking delivery, my cell phone rang. Matt Murphy, the General Manager of Falmouth Toyota, personally called to ensure that we were entirely satisfied with the truck and our buying experience.
