The gentleman that delivered the unit was very friendly and cleaned everything when he dropped it off. It was a great set up and our guests were happy to have a bathroom to use. However the men's bathroom was accidently locked closed at the beginning of the evening and there was no way to open it from the outside because we were not provided a key. When we called, we were basically told we could drive to their location ( in the middle of our reception) to get a key because they were "off the clock, and had no one to help" First of all this is just negligence to not provide a key but what if a child lock inside or a medical emergency had happened? We considered having the fire department come and bust it open but didn't want to damage the unit. Our guests were able to use the women's side but it made for long lines and frustrated guests. The lack of concern or help with this from the company was very frustrating and put a damper on what was a special night. It was an expensive expense for us and we only got to use 50% of the unit.
