You learn real self defense, Krav, Boxing, Kick Boxing, and Jiu Jitsu in a real world setting. Whether you compete or not, you will recieve the same level of instruction...something that sets this gym apart. Most gyms spend a lot of time with their competitors, but the people who just want to train and have fun are left alone. Not here. Jason Jeanette LOVES to teach and is very good at it. I have been doing martial arts for quite a while and have set foot in most of the gyms in the Nashville area. This one is special. In fact, I drive past several to get there. The gym is sparkling clean and the people are a blast to be around. No big egos here! Jason has a way with children. His kids classes are nothing short of amazing. Coming from a guy who has coached youth football, I can say that I wish I had the natural ability to communicate with children in such a fun and constructive way. You and your child will both benefit greatly from these classes. I would not send my son or daughter to any other martial arts school in the Nashville area. To do so would be to compromise way too much. Jason is that good of a coach.

From our very first session, it was clear that she is not just a trainer, but a coach and mentor dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals. What sets Erin apart is her passion and ability to motivate her clients. She took the time to understand my fitness level, preferences, and challenges, creating a plan that made me feel both comfortable and motivated. Each session was thoughtfully designed, ensuring that I was constantly challenged yet supported throughout the process. Erin's enthusiasm for fitness is truly contagious. She brings an energy to each session that keeps me engaged and excited about my progress. Her positive reinforcement and encouraging words have not only helped me push through tough workouts but have also significantly boosted my confidence. I find myself striving for goals I never thought possible, all thanks to her unwavering belief in my potential. Since training with Erin. I've experienced remarkable progress, both physically and mentally. I feel stronger, more energetic, and empowered to take on new challenges in all areas of my life. Her dedication to clients and passion for fitness are truly inspiring and have transformed my outlook on health. Overall, Title is great. The friendly staff take time to answer your questions, as well as show you proper technique before, during, and after sessions. Although Erin is the greatest in my book, each coach leads a fun and rewarding class. The process is deliberately convoluted, designed to frustrate and discourage customers from following through. I went in person to cancel me and my wife. They act like total savages and very dishonest with their customer service. Especially Jason and Andrew, who ever hired these unprofessional douchebags as managers needs to be fired and I hope everyone notices that this gym is a bunch of scams and has shady business. I will NEVER Support UFC ever again. Despite my efforts, they continue to charge me not only the regular membership fee but also unexplained additional charges. This isn't just poor service, it's a clear pattern of evasiveness and dishonesty. Their refusal to provide straightforward cancellation options and their continued billing without consent reflect a serious lack of integrity. If you value transparency and respect as a customer, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

I would give the gym 5 stars if not for a few inconveniences: 1. The women's sauna (in bathroom) is "out of order" nearly everytime I have went to use it. 2. The infrared pod has been out of order multiple times, so still haven't used that yet 3. The cryogenic machine has been down a few times but it looks to be better now that it isn't being used as much as it was grand opening week. I hope I get to use that soon. The facility has already said they will be adding sign up slots for the cryogenic machine, as well as roping off the recovery machines since it is an additional fee to the base membership. Lastly, the bathrooms should have paper towels, not just hand dryers. Sometimes I like to wipe my face or my armpits after a workout and prefer to not do it with toilet paper. My husband said someone even brought a roll of paper towels into the men's bathroom, which was then overflowing out of the trash cans because the trash wasn't taken out. I am not sure if the facility has shower towels. They aren't in the bathroom but may be available at the front desk.

Workout classes can be intimidating and having a forever injury that requires modification can make it feel even scarier however, the employees always make sure to welcome new people show them around. I find that before classes (particularly a more full class) there will be socialization between members/attendees and it's not just with people they know, rather with whoever is standing nearby. Of course no one is forcing conversations if people don't wish to be social, but it just feels extra welcoming. The instructors never make you feel left out or like a burden if you need modifications. Having done barre for a while, I'm pretty good at doing my own, however without signaling anyone out they'll offer and demonstrate different modifications for each move and encourage people to take what they need. It's nice to be reminded that this is your workout, and the way you do it doesn't have to fit perfectly into a certain look or move. They also offer hands on modifications, which you can tell them if you'd rather not receive them, but the modifications are never forceful (I think most group fitness people have experienced a modifications from a good intentioned teacher that was a little too zealous - that's never happened to me at Barre3). This is a great place for beginners, for people who are feeling a little alone on starting a fitness/barre journey, for regulars, and for all the in-betweeners. It's a welcoming and inclusive environment, that encourages modifications, all skill levels, and support where ever you need it. However, don't be fooled by all the niceness too much, because the workout will still absolutely kick your butt and is harder than you think - but it's delivered in a way that's always encouraging. Also, the free parking is a major plus of this location! You can park in the attached garage or street parking nearby. For the garage I use the call box and let them know I'm there for barre3 but make sure you get the door code from an employee before your visit, because you'll need that to enter the 2nd door.
